CELEBS Go Dating’s resident sex and relationship expert has broken her silence on Christine McGuinness’ shock decision to quit the show.
Dr Tara praised the mum-of-three for stepping back and revealed she could make a comeback when she’s ready to find love.

Last night Christine, 37, announced she was stepping back from the programme because she didn’t feel ready to date in public.
Addressing her move, Dr Tara told us: “Her situation outside of the show is very complex so we will focus on helping her gain clarity about what she wants to do moving forward and build confidence in dating again.
“As a dating expert, I admire Christine for putting her wellbeing first.
“Opening up to love on such a public platform isn’t easy, and it’s incredibly brave to recognise when the timing isn’t right.”

She added: “The door remains open, and we’d welcome her back with open arms when the moment feels right for her.”
In a statement last night, Christine said: “I joined Celebs Go Dating with great intentions but have realised that dating on a public platform and the attention that brings is just too soon for me.
“They’ve said the door is always open for me, which I’m so grateful for, but for now I’m returning home to my family.”
A Celebs Go Dating spokesperson added: “We have loved having Christine on the show and completely respect her feelings and decision to return home and have told her that the door is always open for her in the future at the agency.”
Christine has spent the past few days in Ibiza filming for the show with stars including Kerry Katona.
Those close to Christine said since flying to Ibiza to continue filming she had struggled with putting her private life on camera.
A friend added: “Christine has decided that some things are important for her to keep private.
“She thought signing up to Celebs Go Dating was a good idea at first but now she feels overwhelmed by the attention.
“Christine has stepped away from the show and they have been really supportive of her and her decision.
“Her wellbeing was their main priority and Christine is looking forward to getting home to be with her family.”
Paddy and Christine announced they had separated in 2022 after 15 years together.

She was expected to date both men and women on the show and had said about taking part: “I’m going to have a summer of fun!
“Who knows what might happen?
“I’ve not dated much before, so I feel like I’m doing a crash course.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know the other celebs and the coaching side of things.”
The show’s stars are guided on their search for love by therapist and relationship guru Anna Williamson, life coach Paul C. Brunson, and University professor Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn.
