THE Celebrity Traitors have won again – leading the stars to banish another innocent from the castle.
Sports presenting legend Clare Balding was banished after a whispering campaign by Traitor Jonathan Ross, who narrowly avoided getting exposed himself.

After she was shown the door Rossy said: “How am I still here?
“I mean I have got to be the luckiest traitor in the history of the game.
“Without even having to work at it, the faithfuls did our dirty work for us!”
As the fifth faithful to exit the show, Clare’s banishment at the round table gained a bewildered and angry response from the celebrities, who pledge to take the gloves off in a bid to finally snare the murderers.

Jonathan said: “Everyone’s coming out tomorrow with their claws out and everyone’s going to be scratching away at each other, to see if under the otherwise faithful skin there lurks a black-hearted traitor.”
It comes as The Celebrity Traitors has overtaken Strictly Come Dancing as Britain’s most-watched TV series, with a staggering 7.1m tuning in this week.
The spin-off show launched last Wednesday on BBC One with a respectable 6.1m viewers, but the buzz around the star-studded contest has seen its ratings soar by a further million.
Last week’s Strictly, which is also hosted by Claudia Winkleman, had 6.9m watching on Saturday night, while some episodes of the dance contest have been as low as 5.6m this series.
Taking seven days of catch up via BBC iPlayer into consideration, the first episode of The Celebrity Traitors has been watched by over 11.7m viewers in the first seven days alone – and the figure is likely to have now topped 12m.
Of those at least 2.2m people aged 16-34 have viewed it.
More people watched the show in that week than watched any other Traitors series over in 28 days.
That sees the show break its own record for most viewed episode of the programme and The Celebrity Traitors the biggest unscripted episode in British TV since 2022.
