CELEBRITY Race Across The World is facing a schedule shake-up this series.
The BBC have unveiled the start date for the third series, confirming that it is just days away.
But it also reveals that it has been bumped to a brand new day and timeslot for the very first time.
Having historically aired on Wednesdays at 9pm throughout its run, the show will be moved for the impending celeb edition.
Airing on BBC One, series three will kick off on Thursday the 6th of November at 8pm.
The series will air for hour-long episodes as usual.
Whilst the Beeb have made no reference to the current switch, it appears they could be hoping to capitalise on the mammoth success of The Celebrity Traitors.
The opening episode of Celebrity Race Across The World will now lead into the grand finale of Traitors which has been confirmed to air the same evening at 9pm with an extended final episode.
Earlier this year, the full line-up for the celeb contest was revealed.
Strictly Come Dancing stars, an EastEnders actress and an I’m A Celebrity favourite are all competing in the new series.
Swapping luxury for backpacks and comfort for the unknown, the four celebrity duos embarking on the ultimate adventure.
Our familiar faces will say goodbye to lavish transport, smartphones and bank cards and instead must rely on limited budgets, local transport, as well as the kindness of strangers.
Hoping to prove they have what it takes are loved-up celebrity couple, Molly Rainford and Tyler West.
The Sun revealed in May that the couple, who found romance on the Strictly in 2022, have taken on the gruelling travel challenge together.
24-year-old Molly is best known for being on EastEnders whilst Tyler is one of KISS FM’s most popular DJs.
They will be joined by TV host Anita Rani and her father, Bal.
Big Boys actor Dylan Llewellyn, 32, will be joining his mum Jackie on the BBC show with sibling duo Roman and Harley Moon Kemp rounding out the cast.
