CELEBRITY Big Brother and Love Islander star Chris Hughes will replace Christine McGuinness after she quit the new series of Celebs Go Dating.
The model, who recently got divorced from TV presenter Paddy McGuinness, stepped down as a contestant on the E4 show amid a whirlwind of interest in her love life, which she said was “just too soon.”

Chris, 32, will fill the space she left behind on the show and is set to be sensational signing for the show as his close relationship with Jojo Siwa was one of the biggest talking points of the series which aired last month on ITV1.
A TV insider said: “This is set to be a great coup for Celebs Go Dating.
“The agents will be eager to get to know the real truth about Chris and what he is looking for following his connection with JoJo.“
Viewers will be keen to find out if his closeness to JoJo was purely platonic or if there was something more romantic and passionate being played out in the CBB house.

Christine walked away from Celebs Go Dating, which is currently filming on location in Ibiza, after admitting she’s not ready to date in the public eye.
The mother-of-three announced she had left the show after becoming overwhelmed with the attention on her love life and missing her family.
In a statement, Christine said: “I joined Celebs Go Dating with great intentions but have realised that dating on a public platform and the attention that brings is just too soon for me.
“They’ve said the door is always open for me, which I’m so grateful for, but for now I’m returning home to my family.”
A Celebs Go Dating spokesperson added: “We have loved having Christine on the show and completely respect her feelings and decision to return home and have told her that the door is always open for her in the future at the agency.”
Christine has spent the past few days in Ibiza filming for the show with stars including Kerry Katona.
Also set to join the line-up this week was Made in Chelsea star Sam Prince, who said: “I’m looking forward to meeting new people but also to discover more about myself and to understand where things have gone wrong in past relationships.”
