A BRIT tourist has been arrested over an alleged public sex act on a popular Thailand beach after horrified onlookers alerted police.
Holidaymaker Loucaides, 23, from London, is accused of paying Nuchjaree, 61, to perform oral sex on him in Pattaya – the southeast Asian holiday hotspot dubbed “porno Disneyland”.
Shocking footage allegedly showed the intoxicated naked Brit lying on the sand with his legs in the air as the pensioner prostitute started the lewd act.
Disturbed onlookers called cops in the early hours of Friday morning after allegedly catching the pair red handed.
A witness said: “I thought someone had a medical problem at first, because they were in an unusual position.
They claimed: “They both must have been very drunk, because they didn’t care who was watching.”
The allegedly drunk Brit then quickly put on a pair of shorts before asking officers: “What’s wrong? What’s the matter?”
They were cuffed and led to the local police station before being charged with public obscenity.
The crime carries a maximum fine of £199.
Both the Brit and the alleged prostitute claimed that they did not know public sex acts were illegal.
Loucaides made the bizarre claim in his defence to the police that he had ADHD.
And Nuchjaree claimed she was “a Singaporean student studying in Thailand”.
Police Major Chanan Kesornbua said: “Both of the offenders were handed over to the investigating officer for further legal proceedings.
“The tourist was released when a fine was paid.”
Pattaya has become the country’s flagship tourist destination, fuelled by the promise of affordable bars, massage parlours, and cheap sex.
The city, once a quiet fishing village in eastern Thailand, is now a neon-lit magnet for Westerners drawn to its sex shows, go-go bars, brothels, and “barely legal”-looking girls.
It has been dubbed a “porno Disneyland” by some Brits, who can find relationships and experiences not easily available back home.
Pattaya has also become a hotbed of “sex-pats” – older men who have moved overseas from Britain and elsewhere, on the hunt for girls often 40 years younger than themselves.
But the region is now often seen as a stain on the wider image of Thailand as a family-friendly holiday destination with stunning beaches, food and a rich history.
