A BRIT grandad who allegedly tried to drown his daughter-in-law lover in a swimming pool in Florida has been pictured back in the UK for the first time.
Mark Gibbon, 62, has apparently patched things up with Jasmine Wyld in spite of his alleged attempt to take her life – and they are reportedly back together after he dodged a potential 15-year prison stint.
New photos show the silver-haired lighting engineer strolling with a pooch through a carpark.
Wearing a purple puffer and pair of cargo shorts, he can be seen sliding open the door of a waiting vehicle.
The lover grandad walked free from a US court after accepting a plea deal where he admitted one count of battery against 33-year-old Jasmine Wyld, mum of his two grandkids and ex of his own son Alex.
The jaw-dropping case dates to last August when the pair, who got together after she was engaged to his son, started rowing after a boozy night at a plush Florida resort.
The argument was sparked by a disagreement about Gibbon’s will, and spilled into the pool.
