THE prestigious Grand Sumo tournament is being held in London for the first time in 34 years.
The iconic Royal Albert Hall is the venue as 44 wrestlers take to the stage in over 100 bouts across a packed five days of action.

The maku-uchi rikishi stars bring 1,500 years of history with them to the capital.

When is the Grand Sumo Tournament?
The tournament runs from Wednesday October 15 to Sunday October 19.
Doors open at 18:30 BST and the action gets underway at 19:30 BST everyday.
On Sunday afternoon, however, doors open at 1pm for the afternoon session.
Each bout lasts around four minutes and fans get to see roughly 20 fights per session.
