A FORMER winner of The Apprentice has been mercilessly mocked by fans online after he shared his ridiculously-complicated morning routine.
Joseph Valente detailed his “winter Sunday morning routine” in a new LinkedIn post, which gave a minute-by-minute rundown of a whopping 17 tasks after waking up.
Joseph, who won The Apprentice in 2015, has a morning routine which includes breath work, having a coffee in his hot tub and listening to audiobooks.
In the post, he laid out his morning routine as follows:
- 05:30 – Wake up
- 05:35 – 15-minute outdoor walk
- 05:50 – 3–5 minutes of breathwork
- 05:55 – Lemon juice + Celtic sea salt
- 06:00 – Electrolyte drink
- 06:05 – Coffee in the hot tub
- 06:15 – 10 minutes in the sauna
- 06:30 – Ice bath (3–6 minutes)
- 06:40 – 30-minute workout 07:10 – Coffee #2
- 07:15 – Shower and get ready
- 07:30 – Write down my goals
- 07:35 – Get on my knees and pray to God for the life I’ve been given
- 07:40 – Review all bank accounts
- 07:50 – Coffee #3 + audiobook
- 08:00 – Arrive at the office
- 08:05 – Breakfast: eggs, avocado, pink Himalayan salt, electrolytes + protein shake 08:15 – Review the calendar and prep for the day ahead
- 08:30 – First business meeting: KPI focus on leads, sales, and cash flow ( Highly recommended starting point for all business owners each )
Joseph then wrote: “The structure stays simple. The execution stays disciplined. Routine creates momentum. Momentum creates results.”
While he asked fans to share their routines too, the comment section of the post was filled with sarcastic remarks from Joseph’s followers.
One user joked: “This is weak. 3-5 minutes of breathwork? I spend 10 minutes screaming every day at 4:59am. Get on my level”.
“I wake up early and scroll LinkedIn looking for posts to make mildly snarky comments on,” said another.
The routine was so surprising that a Reddit user shared it to the platform, where users where equally as perplexed.
“That’s a lot of coffees in a short space of time…” wrote one, with a fellow Reddit user quipping: “He spends more time in water than a f*****g merman!”
“How come none of these routines ever mention amount of time spent posting about morning routines,” commented another.
Joseph has been highly successful since his time on The Apprentice a decade ago.
He began life as a plumber before launching his own business aged 24, and is now in the trade growth game.
The businessman parted ways from Lord Sugar two years after winning his investment, and is now projected to make £3million despite “losing everything” during the years in between.
Joseph has never been short of confidence and at the weekend laid bare a bold ambition to become a billionaire by the age of 50.
In a candid Facebook post, he said: “I made millions in my 20s and by 29, I’d lost it all.
“A meteoric rise building one of the fastest-growing businesses the construction industry had ever seen… followed by a catastrophic fall.”
Revealing how he bounced back from his business setback, he continued: “I went back to work harder than ever before seven days a week for five years starting from a laptop on a shoebox in my living room during lockdown. From that, I built what’s now become the world’s largest education business for trades.”
Joseph said he wants to have nine figures in cash no later than the age of 40, which he believes will set him on a path to make a billion in the decade that follows.
