ANT & Dec’s Limitless Win contestants were stumped by a traffic jam question and cashed out with £750k – but would you have got it?
Husband-and-wife team Kevin and Efe from London took on the brutal quiz show ladder, which has a never-ending prize pot as long as you stay in the game.
Unafraid to take risks when needed, they found themselves making their way up the ladder to win £500k on a musical question which was about Nirvana.
Ant and Dec revealed the next question which said: “Ronnie Sullivan set a professional snooker tournament record by scoring a maximum break of 147 in how many minutes and eight seconds?
The couple used their lifeline and asked Ant and Dec for some help but unfortunately their answer was knocked out as being too high.
This left Kevin and Efe with their own answer of 5 on the ladder, and the couple could not believe it when it was spot on.
Elated with their win of £750k, the couple faced the next question and although they didn’t guess it correctly, they were still in the game.
The next question was a biggie and it would see a million pounds put into their bank account.
Ant explained if they were successful they would equal the highest win on the series,
The question was revealed as: “The record setting traffic jam that took place at the border between East and West Germany in 1990 involved how many million vehicles?”
The couple confessed that they had no idea of the answer but Efe suggested dialling in the number 2.
With the clock ticking down the seconds, Kevin replied: “I think I want to cash out,” but Efe wanted to stay in the game as they still had lives.
However, the pair eventually pressed the button and happily walked away with the £750K prize pot.
Ant asked the lovely couple how the money would change their lives.
A joyous Efe replied: “It’s going to help our family and our friends.”
Last week, Ant and Dec were left absolutely gobsmacked when a duo from Bristol took home £250,000.
Ant and Declan asked: “To the nearest centimetre, what is the length of a Johnson’s Baby Cotton Bud?”
The guess that was closest to the correct number without going over would count as the final answer.
Dan and Sarah decided to lock in their answer of five as Ant and Dec had just thirty seconds to produce theirs.
The I’m A Celebrity pair deliberated amongst themselves before they reached a decision of eight.
This turned out to be an exact answer, which banked the lucky couple £250,000.
After another tough question about the number of avenues that surround the Arc De Triomphe in Paris, the duo decided to cash out.
