ANGRY Ginge has revealed the secret advice he’s been given before he jetted off Down Under for I’m A Celebrity.
The YouTube content creator, who has millions of online fans, 25, got given some helpful tips from unlikely ally Coleen Rooney.
“When you get to a trial, empty your water out because the water you get in the jungle is smoky, apparently,” he explained.
Appearing on Capital Breakfast with Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby, he detailed the chat with the Wagatha Christie star.
Following the advice from Coleen, Ginge told the presenters, “They’ve got to give you fresh water when you get there.”
Chris quipped, “That’s clever.”

The influencer, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, continued, “I got told to reduce my caffeine intake.”
Jordan, who appeared in the jungle back in 2020, replied, “Mate, I can’t stress that enough.
“I didn’t do it and I had a headache for four days straight. Start now.”
Looking guilty, Ginge joked, “Well, I got told to start about three weeks ago and I still haven’t”

“And then there was another one but I can’t remember what it was now.
“But yeah, I’ve been given a few bits of advice.”
The footy video maker also revealed the things he wasn’t looking forward to when he joins Ant and Dec on the popular ITV programme.
“I don’t want to put anything in my mouth that I don’t feel comfortable putting in my mouth.
“Yeah, the eating trials and the drinking I’m not going to be a fan of.
“Obviously, any sort of weird animal like a tarantula or snakes I’d like to avoid.
“But, believe it or not, I feel as though I’m going to the wrong place to avoid them.”
Ginge is joining a host of famous faces in camp, including his rapper pal Aitch, also 25, and big names like Ruby Wax and Martin Kemp.
It comes after pictures shared by The Sun show Morgan, and four other campmates taking part in a terrifying Bushtucker Trial.
Ginge, Ruby, Lisa Riley, Alex Scott and Jack Osbourne had snakes slither over them, moments after being greeted by Ant and Dec.
An onlooker told The Sun: “This year’s celebs have well and truly been thrown in at the deep end – the trial looked absolutely horrendous.
“At one point after the trial, Jack was standing up and waving.
“Ant and Dec looked to be in their usual high spirits.
“After they were all finished filming, Ant put a Newcastle United top on.
“He then held up a photograph of himself – and was also being pictured holding a snake.”
Kiosk Kev was spotted driving a vehicle called the “Cockovan” – a car which has been made to look like a cockroach.
