DISGRACED Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been spotted for the first time since being arrested “like a common criminal”.

The ex-Duke of York, 66, was seen walking his dogs near his new home Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, in Norfolk, with his bodyguard.

Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office on his 66th birthday last month.

The shamed ex-prince was quizzed in custody before he was released under investigation from the Aylsham police station later the same day.

Essex Police, the Metropolitan PoliceSurrey, Thames Valley, Norfolk and Bedfordshire Police are all understood to have been assessing evidence within the Epstein files’ three million pages.
