We loved him as the wise and loyal elf Legolas in the Lord Of The Rings movie trilogy. But now Orlando Bloom’s showing how disloyal he can be – just days after news of the breakup from his fiancée Katy Perry.
He has been snapped canoodling and flirting with not just one but several women at the Bezos wedding celebrations in Venice.
The new bachelor had made it known before arriving at the festivities that he was now a single man.
Upon arrival, Bloom was seen embracing and air-kissing Kim Kardashian, with pictures circulating round the world.
Then he was spotted leaving the pre-wedding celebration in a group with Roman Abramovich’s Russian-American ex-wife, Dasha Zhukova.
He jumped into a Venetian water taxi with her and a bevy of brunettes to shelter from a freak thunderstorm – where he unashamedly embraced a mystery beauty in a red top, wrapping his arms around her as they laughed together.

Oh what fun for the newly single Orlando. Not so much for the partner of nine years he has left – Katy Perry, currently on tour in Australia with her The Lifetimes Tour flogging her not-very-successful ‘143’ album which has been derided as a flop.
You’d have thought he might have considered for a moment how this would affect Katy, his love of nearly a decade. Particularly as she has their four-year-old daughter Daisy Dove daughter with her on tour.
How can she have felt seeing him cavorting with scantily dressed women just days after their separation became known? The least she could have expected was some restraint from Orlando.
True, he did fly out to Australia for five days to see his daughter – before hot-footing it over to Venice to be at the Bezos shindig. Where, as a seasoned actor, he knew his every move would be photographed.
It was as if he was flaunting his single status to promote himself as the new stag on the block.
Not nice Orlando, not nice at all. Not even remotely sensitive to Katy’s feelings.
Yes there have been problems in the relationship, which friends say they both tried hard to overcome for the sake of their daughter. Friends of Katy suggest it was over as long ago as January.

Yet while she has conducted herself with dignity, however pulverised she must be feeling, her ex is doing the exact opposite.
It must be devastating for her.
I’m guessing Katy must have realised it was a red flag when Orlando embarked on a ‘spiritual journey’. Orlando’s a bloke who meditates every morning at 6.30am, chants for 20 minutes a day religiously and adheres to a naturist lifestyle whenever possible.
Years ago he decided to become celibate for six months before he met Katy, so that he could reconfigure his relationship with women, and see them as more than just someone to have sex with. And so he could relate ‘to the feminine within myself’.
Another red flag.
How did this new-found respect for women work out? Not great, if his behaviour in Venice is anything to go by. You’re not showing Katy much respect now, are you Orlando?
As any woman emerging from a painful breakup will know, it’s best to keep your pain from the world, to heal in private as Katy must now be doing.
Yet Orlando has robbed Katy of that dignity by prancing about with random women on the Bezos jaunt for all the world to see.
It pains me to say it, but the Legolas from Lord Of The Rings has gone. Not so much Legolas as leg over lass!
Orlando has proved himself to be just Bloomin’ nasty. Shame on him.
