Aldi joins hot air brush craze with rock-bottom £12.99 option – and similar gadgets cost over £100 more

While the high-end brands have dominated the market, leaving us with serious gadget envy, Aldi has launched a new product that proves you can get the hair of your dreams without breaking the bank.

The supermarket has joined the hot air brush craze with a rock-bottom £12.99 option, and it’s a total game-changer. 

While popular stylers from the likes of Dyson and ghd can cost over £100 more, Aldi’s budget-friendly buy promises to deliver smooth, voluminous hair with minimal effort.

The hot air brush is part of their Specialbuy range and can be used on both wet and dry hair.

It’s no surprise that the tool is making waves, with the hashtag #hotairbrush racking up over 42 million views on TikTok as everyone tries to achieve that professional blow-dry look at home.

And if you need a new hairdryer to go with it, Aldi is also bringing back its bestselling Ionic Hairdryer for the same low price of £12.99. 

It comes with three heat settings, two speed options, a cool shot function, and overheat protection.

Both the Hot Air Brush and the Ionic Hairdryer will be available in stores nationwide starting August 21st.

But as with all Specialbuys, they’re only available while stocks last, so you’ll have to be quick to get your hands on them.

Aldi has also launched a new skincare and beauty dupe that will have shoppers racing to stores.

The budget supermarket’s new £3.99 Tanning Facial Drops promise to give a summer glow without the sun, rivalling the much more expensive Tan Luxe Illuminating Face Drops and saving you £32.

Perfect for packing in your holiday bag, the 30ml drops come in two shades – ‘Light to Medium’ and ‘Medium to Dark’ – and are formulated with skin-loving ingredients like Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, and Raspberry Fruit Extract.

But the dupe fun doesn’t stop there. Aldi has also released a £1.99 Lacura Prism fragrance, which shoppers are claiming is “nearly identical” to the iconic Prada Paradoxe, which can cost upwards of £72 for a 30ml bottle.
