ADAM Peaty’s brother James has sent an ominous message to the Ramsay clan with a deleted photo after his family was snubbed from his wedding to Holly Ramsay.
The couple got married in a lavish ceremony in Bath Abbey on Saturday but several of his family members were noticeably absent amid a feud between them.
After being disinvited from the wedding, James posted an old photograph of him and their mother Caroline standing outside of the wedding venue.
However, he deleted it from his Instagram stories just 15 minutes later.
The photo, which was taken on another occasion and not on the day of the wedding, showed the mother son duo all dressed up in a suit and dress outside the iconic venue.
He used a telling song in the background, which was a remix of Speak Softly, Love which appears in mafia film, The Godfather.
The first film which released back in 1972 tells the story of the son of a mafia boss Michael Corleone [Al Pacino] meeting outsider Kay Adams [Diane Keaton].
It’s unclear exactly what James was trying to say with his choice of song with the accompanying image.
James was previously arrested over allegations he sent threats to the Olympian during his stag-do.
As a result, Adam received a police escort from Manchester Airport in November after the trip from Budapest.
James was held at his home in Uttoxeter, Staffs, at the time and bailed.
The pair’s dad Mark told The Sun: “They’re brothers.
“They’ve always been close but like any normal family, brothers fight, argue, fall out, make-up and start all over again. But it’s got out of hand.
“There’s been very little empathy towards Jamie’s genuine mental health difficulties.”
Adam’s mum Caroline was also uninvited after she was left out of Holly’s hen do celebrations.
She had intended to watch the lavish ceremony unfold from the street, but we exclusively revealed she had a last minute change of heart after her husband Mark convinced her it would be “too upsetting”.
The family told The Sun: “She was saying she’d be there for sure but she now accepts it would be too sad and she doesn’t want to spoil his big day.”
The bitter feud that is thought to have begun when 59-year-old Caroline was not invited to Holly’s hen-do, which was attended by mother-of-the-bride Tana Ramsay and Victoria Beckham.
The pair booked out Bath Abbey, where the cost of a wedding can be around £2,500, so no one else could get hitched there on the same day. They paid, it is believed, several thousand pounds more for exclusivity.
Guests were transferred from the Abbey to the reception by minibus and the celebrations ran from 2pm to midnight.
The meal began at 4pm with prawn cocktail or Jerusalem artichoke followed by beef wellington, pan-roasted wild halibut or crispy mushroom and chestnut pithivier.
