Dunelm is a popular place for shoppers to upgrade their homeware, and it’s known for its affordable prices.

The current sale is cutting prices even further, with up to 50% off, and the Amalfi Reactive Glaze 12 Piece Dinner set is gaining praise from Dunelm fans.

This gorgeous-looking set includes four dinner plates, four side plates and four cereal bowls.

So if your plate cupboard’s looking a little mismatched and is need of a glow-up, you could do a full revamp for less than £50.

The name refers to the Amalfi coast in Italy, and this range definitely has that sunny, Mediterranean look.

So it’s great if you’re looking for an alfresco set-up when having guests over for dinner this summer.

There are four pared-back shades to choose from, but it’s the blue shade that looks most like Anthropologie’s.

Shoppers are picking up on the similarities too – the most noticeable difference, really, is the price tag.

Although Anthropologie doesn’t have a set with the exact same 12items included, the Ginny range is a close match.

But you’d have to buy dinner plates, side plates and bowls separately – and they would all cost £176 altogether.

The colour isn’t the only similarity, as both are made from a reactive glaze, something which is often used for handmade items.

This means that there are variations in the shape and pattern, so each piece is slightly unique.

This is something which is often used for handmade items, so it can give stoneware pieces the illusion of being more expensive than they are.

By buying the Dunelm set you’d not only save £128, but the reviews are much more positive too.

Hundreds of shoppers have left their opinions on the Amalfi set, with one shopper commenting: ‘’I went for the grey [set] – beautiful pieces, they look really expensive and classy.’’

Another shopper praised the plate set, comparing it to Anthropologie: ‘’The nicest plate set I’ve ever owned.

‘’A dupe for a very expensive Anthropologie set and it’s hard to tell the difference. I love them.’’

A third Dunelm fan was also complimentary, saying: ‘’This is a gorgeous set’’, and adding ‘’the dinner plates fit in our dishwasher without a problem.’’

The dining set also seems popular as a housewarming gift, with multiple buyers mentioning that they chose it to give to a friend or family member for their new home.

If you’re looking for the Med vibes at home this summer, just make sure you jump on this deal before it ends.
