Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’s ex-girlfriend and main accuser Cassie Ventura is testifying against him for a second day as the jury prepares to view videos of the ‘Freak Offs’ at the center of the trial.
The pregnant singer, 38, shared harrowing testimony in the music mogul’s sex-trafficking and racketeering trial in New York, claiming she was coerced into participating in horrific sex sessions that could last up to four days.
In humiliating detail, she recounted a turbulent 10-year relationship with Combs that she said was consumed by violence and his obsession with a form of voyeurism where ‘he was controlling the whole situation.’
That included directing her encounters with male sex workers right down to the copious amounts of baby oil she applied to maintain the ‘glistening’ look he desired – as many as 10 large bottles a session.
Combs’ defense says he is guilty of domestic violence, but not of sex-trafficking or racketeering, and that the government is targeting him for his sexual preferences.
Cassie refused Diddy’s vile request to kiss escorts, court hears
The singer continued describing the grueling sex sessions in her testimony on Wednesday.
‘I tried to avoid kissing, it seems too intimate. But Sean told me to do it, to kiss the escorts,’ she told the jury.
The jury saw text message exchanges between Cassie and Diddy where he asked her to not take ketamine for the next ‘Freak Off.’
Cassie explained ketamine was her preferred drug for the sex sessions because it allowed her to disassociate.
He wrote: ‘You know we have to have a proper FO WITHOUT NO K [Ketamine.] A successful FO is when we remember.’
Cassie replied: ‘That is all we do and I’m just getting back on track. I’m sure you can call Kim or something.’

‘You treat me like you’re Ike Turner’
Prosecutors showed the jury a text exchange where Cassie wrote to Diddy: ‘Nothing good comes out of FOs any more.
‘You treat me like you’re Ike Turner.’
Cassie’s testimony has exposed the underbelly of their years-long relationship.
She told of another incident at the Cannes Film Festival in 2013, where, after getting into a fight with Combs away from the glitz and glamour, she said she didn’t have a place to stay.
Cassie testified Combs accused her of taking drugs from him and kicked her off of the yacht where they were staying. Cassie said she left the boat without shoes. Her passport and other belongings were also left behind, she said.
The singer said she ended up crashing at a hotel where Combs’ employees were staying. On the way back to the U.S., she said, Combs threatened to release videos of her having sex during freak offs. Cassie told jurors she ‘felt trapped’ by the hip-hop mogul.
Cassie describes horrific 2013 assault that ‘left her scarred’
On one occasion in 2013, while she was packing to go to Drake’s music festival in Canada, Cassie said Combs scuffled with her friends and threw her into a bed frame.
She said she suffered a ‘pretty significant gash’ above her left eye. Combs’ security personnel brought her to a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills to get the wound stitched up.
Afterward, she texted Combs a photo of her injured face and wrote: ‘So you can remember.’
Combs replied: ‘You don’t know when to stop. You pushed it too far. And continued to push. Sad.’
Freak Offs left Cassie with painful UTIs, mouth sores, she testifies
Cassie said she would try to recover from “freak offs” by taking IV fluids, getting massages and having a chef cook meals.
She said she developed urinary tract infections frequently from the sexual experiences.
I had a lot of stomach issues, gastrointestinal issues from taking drugs.. I’d get frequent UTIS, if you’ve had one you know how painful that is
When we were having frequent Freak Offs sometimes they were back to back , I couldn’t get rid of it and I was doing the Freak Off with an infection
Cassie also described being left with with sores in her mouth from grueling sex sessions.
‘Occasionally I’d get sores on my tongue from Freak Offs from the substances and just friction in my mouth,’ Cassie told the jury.
She said her mouth becaem irritated ‘From oral sex, also from having my mouth on things, oil, astroglide, lubricants.’
Cassie describes opioid addiction sparked by Freak Offs
Cassie said she became addicted to opiates as she relied on them to recover from the Freak Offs.
‘I had an ongoing off and on addiction to opiates. I’d take the opiates to come down from ecstasy and MDMA,’ Cassie told the jury on Wednesday.
‘Opiates make me feel numb which is why I relied on them so heavily …
‘I didn’t want to feel what was actually going on in my mind in my life. It was an escape for me.’

Court breaks before Freak Off videos to be shown to jury
Judge Arun Subramanian ordered a break in Wednesday’s testimony as the court prepares to view video evidence of the Freak Off videos at the center of the case against Diddy.
There was an issue with the privacy screens on the juror’s screens and the videos are expected to be shown later Wednesday.
Male escort Daniel Phillip said his sexual encounters with Cassie and Diddy could last anywhere from one to 10 hours. He said after he was done having sex with Cassie, she and Diddy would head to the bedroom. ‘I would be sitting in that room for hours, just sitting there,’ Phillip said. ‘Sometimes they’d come out and say, OK you can go. Other times they’d ask me if I’m ready to go again.’
Diddy ‘threatened to release Freak Off videos’
Cassie testified Combs threatened several times to release recordings of ‘freak offs’
And she said it could ruin everything she’d worked for and ‘make me look like a slut.’
She said she always worried he’d get mad enough to release them.
‘I feared for my career. I feared for my family. It’s just embarrassing. It’s horrible and disgusting. No one should do that to anyone,’ she said.
Cassie said she feared Diddy would get mad enough to ‘put them out and then I would have to answer to my mother.’
‘I wasn’t supposed to be on those videos. I didn’t want to be in them.’
The jury saw a text where Cassie told Diddy: ‘Please delete any video out of your iphone if you have . Too many people have access to your stuf.’
Diddy replied: ‘I did yesteray and no icloud. All Good. Ambien kicking in. Goodnight.’
But Cassie said she kept seeing videos she thought had been deleted.
Full timeline of Diddy and Cassie’s relationship
As Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs faces charges of sex-trafficking in Manhattan federal court, his relationship with the singer Cassie is at the center of the horrific allegations.
The music mogul’s staggering downfall began when Cassie, real name Casandra Ventura, filed a bombshell lawsuit in 2023 detailing terrifying claims of sexual abuse and violence.
The lawsuit was settled for an undisclosed amount just a day after it was filed, but it was too late for Diddy’s reputation, and the rapper was then hit with dozens of lawsuits including similar claims.
Court sees selfie of Cassie ‘with a fat lip’
‘That’s me, a selfie of me with a fat lip,’ the singer replied when asked about a photo entered as evidence.
Cassie said she took it while on an Uber on her way home following the filmed 2016 assault in Los Angeles.
She said she texted Diddy saying: ‘I have a premiere for the biggest thing I’ve ever done in my life on Monday. You are sick for thinking it’s OK to do what you’ve done. Please stay away from me.’
The rapper reportedly then claimed he was getting arrested.
Cassie said her then-best friend, model Kerry Morgan, became upset when she saw her face and called police.
Cassie said she chose to not report who had assaulted her when police showed up because she wanted to protect Diddy.
‘In in that moment I didn’t want to hurt him that way. Just too much going on. A lot for me in that moment. I wasn’t ready.’
‘Diddy became more aggressive if Cassie tried to fight back’
When asked why she did not fight back during the 2016 assault at the Los Angeles hotel, Cassie said she learned throughout the relationship that fighting back only made things worse.
I did that more on the earlier side of the relationship. I learned it could escale the fightmore and make it worse for myself… Just make him more violent, make him stronger, want to push me harder.
Cassie is being shown the 2016 surveillance footage again and asked to describe what is happening in it.
Suge Knight comes up again in Cassie’s testimony
Prosecutors are again questioning Cassie about an incident inolving Diddy and his rival Suge Knight.
On Tuesday, Cassie recalled an incident in which Combs left her during a freak off at his Los Angeles home to confront rival record executive Suge Knight at Mel’s Drive-In, a landmark diner nearby.
‘R-Rock came in and said Suge was down at a diner. Sean drove over there…. I cried, said don’t do something stupid,’ Cassie said.
‘It was like I wasn’t even there. They put on a bunch of black clothes, went in the safe, grabbed guns.
‘Next thing I knew they were in the SUV just whipping down there. I saw them get dressed and leave the house.’
Knight, 59, was the CEO of Death Row Records while Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, was the CEO of rival company Bad Boy Entertainment.
Their beef began in the mid 90s as East Coast and West Coast rappers became entangled in a heated battle that shook up the hip-hop scene.
Cassie is back on the stand for Diddy’s trial
Cassie has taken the stand on Wednesday wearing a dark gray jacket and a gray turtleneck sweater.
Combs did not react as she came in. She appears calm and removed her jacket as she sat on the stand.
The prosecution will continue questioning her this morning before it is the defense’s turn to cross-examine her.
Who is Cassie’s former best friend Kerry Morgan?
Kerry Morgan came up during Cassie’s testimony on Tuesday as she described their former friendship.
Morgan, a model, was Cassie’s best friend when she started dating Diddy, in 2007.
Cassie has claimed her friendship with Morgan became irreparably strained after Diddy assaulted her in 2018.
Cassie’s lawsuit said: ‘The incident resulted in a settlement between Mr. Combs and Ms. Morgan, and Ms. Ventura ended up paying Ms. Morgan additional funds in an attempt to resolve the dispute between her close friend and her abusive and controlling boyfriend. The relationship between Ms. Ventura and Ms. Morgan has been strained since this time.’
The former close friends are pictured in 2013.
What did Cassie say on the stand?
Cassie testified Tuesday that the mercurial music mogul — powerful, abusive and controlling — beat her mercilessly and ordered her to have “disgusting” sex with strangers during drug-fueled, multi-day marathons he called ‘freak offs.’
Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura, sniffled and dabbed her eyes with a tissue, sighed heavily and paused to compose herself through about five hours of testimony at Combs’ sex trafficking trial.
The singer told jurors that his demands for her to engage in sometimes-revolting sex acts — sometimes as he watched from another room via FaceTime — left her feeling ‘heavily objectified.’ But, she said, she endured them because she was in love with Combs.
When she did try to leave, she said, Combs punished her — most notably in a 2016 assault captured on a security camera at a Los Angeles hotel. In the video, played in court for a fifth time, Combs is seen hitting, kicking and attempting to drag her back to their room.
Cassie is expecting her third child with Alex Fine
Just a year after she was last seen with Diddy, Cassie married Alex Fine, who was originally Diddy’s personal trainer.
Cassie became pregnant soon after she started dating Fine.
The couple is currently expecting their third child.
Diddy’s daughters missing from trial as Cassie’s graphic testimony resumes
The mogul’s family, including his mother Janice and six of his seven kids, has supported him since his arrest last year and have been present in the courtroom every day this week.
His three daughters – 18-year-old daughter Chance and17-year-old twins D’Lila and Jessie – were in court on Monday and Tuesday and heard horrific testimony from the first three witness including Cassie.
However, Diddy’s daughters were not seen going inside the federal courthouse on Wednesday as Cassie is to resume her testimony.
Only Diddy’s mother Janice Combs and sons Quincy, 33, Justin, 30, and Christian, 26, were seen entering court on Wednesday.
Cassie’s husband to be removed from courtroom for some of her testimony
Before Cassie took the stand, Diddy’s lawyers asked the judge to ban Cassie’s husband Alex Fine from the courtroom while she testifies because they may want to call him up as a witness later in the trial.
The defense said Fine has relevant information regarding an alleged rape of Cassie by Diddy in the the fall of 2018.
Diddy’s attorney said Fine sent Diddy a text message saying he ‘wanted to beat the f word out of him.’
They added they are okay with Cassie’s brother to remain in the room while she testifies.
Prosecutors argued that Fine is part of the emotional support system for Cassie, who’s pregnant with their third child and should be in the courtroom when she testifies.
A judge ruled that her husband, Alex Fine, can be in the courtroom for most — but not all — of her testimony.
On Wednesday, prosecutors said ‘He will be removed from the courtroom before a certain issue comes up.’
Diddy arrives in court for day three of his trial
The music mogul, 55, has entered Manhattan deferal court ahead of the third day of his trial for sex-traffickign and racketeering.
He has been allowed to wear his own clothes for the trial.
However, he has to rotate between five looks throughout the trial, which is expecited to last about eight weeks.
He can only have up to five pairs of pants, shirts and socks and only two pairs of shoes – with no laces.
On Wednesday he was in a creme-colored knit sweater over a button down white shirt with gray pants. He occasionally dons thick, black-rimmed glasses when exhibits are shown.

Diddy’s lawyer’s astonishing request of eight-and-a-half-months-pregnant Cassie
Lawyers for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs requested if the rap mogul’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura could be readily seated when she testifies against her ex in court, instead of walking to the stand in front of the jury.
Marc Agnifilo, one of Combs’ attorneys, made a request of District Court Judge Arun Subramanian to stop her from walking to the stand in front of potential jurors, hoping to avoid emotionally swaying from those deciding his fate.
Who is on the Diddy jury?
Eight men and four women are on the final panel of 12 with a further four men and two women listed as alternates. On the main juror panel, four are white, two are Hispanic, five are black and one is Asian. Of the six alternates, four are white and two are black.
Heartbreaking evidence photo shows Cassie with ex-best friend
The jury in Diddy’s trial was shown a 2004 photo of Cassie Ventura hugging model Kerry Morgan while they sat on a lounge chair.
Cassie said it was taken during her early modeling days in New York City, shortly after she met Diddy.
The singer once considered Morgan her best friend but their friendship took a turn after an alleged violent incident involving the music mogul in 2018.
Cassie said in her lawsuit they were ‘inseperable’ until Diddy hit Morgan with a hanger, causing a concussion.
Diddy and Kerry eventually settled out of court, with Cassie claiming the rapper also paid Kerry additional cash to ‘smooth things over.’
Below, the former best friends are pictured in 2007.
Cassie names the entourage Diddy ‘would use to help control her’
During her testimony on Tuesday, Cassie mentioned several of Diddy’s employees and allies, including his ‘trusted assistants’ Kristina Khoram and Neil Dominic.
Khoram was previously named by others as a ‘fixer’, who allegedly helped Diddy set up the infamous freak offs.
‘Everything from scheduling to what kind of mood he was in,’ Cassie said when asked what she discussed with Khoram. ‘I talked to [Khoram] about a lot. She knew a lot of my personal things.’
Cassie also claimed Diddy’s security guard, R. Rock ‘used to take away her things as punishment’ on the mogul’s direction. She also said the guard would come find her when she tried to hide from Diddy.
‘[I’d] get my car taken away, get kicked out of an apartment, I’d have jewerly taken away… It was very random depending on how [Diddy] felt.’
She also mentioned other security guards for Diddy, including Roger Bonds, Uncle Paulie, Faheem and Malik.
Kristina Khorram – once referred to as ‘the Ghislaine Maxwell to [Diddy’s] Jeffrey Epstein‘ – has not been accused of any wrongdoing or charged with any crimes. However, several ‘high ranking supervisors’ are mentioned, but not named, in a criminal indictment against the rapper.
