Chuffed shopper snaps up ‘huge’ £20 gazebo in her local supermarket & it’s perfect for staying cool on warm days

WE all want to enjoy our gardens now that the weather is warmer.

But sitting outside on sunny days can end up leaving you hot and bothered.

So one woman was delighted when she came across a gazebo in her local supermarket for just £20.

Not only that, but the shelter is big enough for numerous people to sit beneath.

Bev took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share her epic find.

Alongside a snap of the gazebo up in her garden, she wrote: “Got this gazebo for £20 in Morrisons.

“Right bargain – it’s huge!”

The comments section was immediately filled with people saying they needed to nab one of the gazebos.

“Oh, I’d love this in my garden!” one wrote.

“Is it a pop up one & does it have sides?” another questioned.

With someone else replying: “No and no”.

However, when another asked Bev if it’s “easy to put up”, she replied with “Yes, very!”.

“Could be handy for parties,” someone else suggested.

Another said it would be good to put over a paddling pool to keep kids protected from the sun.

And when someone else questioned whether the gazebo was £20 on sale, Bev replied by saying that’s its “original price”.

As anyone who lives in England knows, rain is probably just around the corner.

And if you’re someone who likes to whip out the barbecue at the first sign of sunshine, the Morrisons gazebo is a good way to ensure the al fresco meal still goes ahead – rain or shine.

This is its value range where prices start from as little as 20p.

It includes all sorts of products including peas, spaghetti, marmalade, jaffa cakes and washing up liquid.

Swap your usual items for savers alternatives and see if you can tell the difference.

Shoppers can earn points with the More Than loyalty scheme when they spend online or in store.

How many points you earn will depend on the offers available at the time, plus you get five points for every litre of fuel at Morrisons petrol stations.

Reach 5,000 points and you get £5 off your shopping, plus there are other offers and coupons and the checkout and via the app.

Shoppers also get cheaper prices that are just for members.

“A 2m x 2m gazebo will be enough to cover your cooking station comfortably, while a more capacious 3m x 3m is a sage choice for larger soirees,” they said.

“The best canopies are fully waterproof and made from materials like PVC, polyester, or coated fabric.

“They can also provide welcome shade on sunnier days and UV protection from sun rays.”

It’s also important to make sure the gazebo is positioned high enough over the barbecue to avoid any unfortunate accidents.

And make sure that the area is well ventilated too.
