Clearly overjoyed with her bathroom makeover, which cost her less than £100, Fiona took to social media to share a before, during and after look at the room, leaving many gobsmacked.

Posting on DIY On A Budget, a private Facebook group with 2.2 million members, Fiona shared snaps of her bathroom and beamed: “Little bathroom makeover on my week off.”

What was once a basic, grey space, has since been injected with personality, all whilst Fiona stayed on a budget

Now, thanks to khaki paint on the walls and some black radiator spray paint, Fiona’s bathroom is one of dreams.

It took her just one week to give the bathroom a new lease of life and Fiona later revealed to Fabulous that she nabbed her paint from Wickes for just £10.

Not only this, but she cut costs and got all of her accessories from B&M and Shein.

Even Fiona’s blinds were budget and cost her just £12 for the material.

As well as this, she also nabbed her shower curtain for just £8 from Tesco.

Fiona also told Fabulous: “I’d say the whole bathroom was definitely less than £100.

“I’m not one to spend a fortune, I like to recycle and look for freebies on Facebook Marketplace – that’s where I found the mirror and shelf absolutely free.

I redid the floor in my loo for £28 with a B&M buy – I’m obsessed with the results but it was no doddle

“Almost all my house is done on a budget.”

Facebook users were left open-mouthed by Fiona’s bathroom renovation and many eagerly flocked to the comments to express this.

One person said: “I love this, it’s gorgeous.”
