LILY Allen has shown off the results of her secret boob job in a sheer top in a series of images in a gorgeous update.
The Smile pop star, 40, went ahead with the cosmetic surgery following her split from Stranger Things actor David Harbour, 49.

The singer posted a string of beautiful photos on Instagram which she captioned: “Happy Birthday to me.”
Dressed in a blue mesh see-through top paired with green trousers, she looked absolutely stunning.
She snapped pictures from different angles and pouted moodily for the camera.
She accessorised the look by wearing sunglasses and layering two long gold necklaces.
Celebrating her 40th birthday, fans rushed to congratulate her and wish her many happy returns.
“Happy birthday beautiful” said one fan.
Another added: “HBD Lily! The blueprint for cool girls everywhere!”
“Happy 40. Keep enjoying your weekend. Cheers” said a third.
The Sun revealed recently how Lily opened up about her boob job during an episode of her Miss Me podcast, with her friend Miquita Oliver, 40.
The two women were discussing getting older, and the singer admitted she’d very recently had some work done.
Referring to her boobs, Lily told Miquita: “I’ve just got some new additions to the family, I don’t know if you’ve noticed!”
Lily added: “They look really incredible when I take my top off and my bra off, (laughing) but there is definitely a contrast in age to my face!”
Miquita asked Lily how she felt about her implants, and she replied: “It’s really fun, I’m buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can fit in.
“Taking pictures on my phone… haven’t sent them to any one yet but it will hopefully get there at some point!”
The decision to change up her look, comes as Lily tries to move on with her life following the painful breakdown of her marriage.
Lily wed Stranger Things star David in Las Vegas in 2020, and the pair moved from London to the US.
However, in December friends confirmed they had split after living “separate lives” for months.
The singer allegedly found his “secret profile” on a dating app.
Following the couple’s break up, David has been spotted on a date with aspiring model Ellie Fallon.
Earlier this month, The Sun reported how Lily had broken her silence on her marriage breakdown.
It came during a live version of her podcast, which took place at the Hackney Empire in London.
Speaking about the split, Lily candidly said: “I am not over it.
“I am sort of running away. Maybe I will have a nervous breakdown.”
