BT are handing out free cash to new broadband customers who switch

BT broadband: plans start from £27.99/month

We all need broadband, but it doesn’t have to leave your wallet feeling empty.

Some of the best deals I’ve come across lately are from BT, and they’re well worth a look.

Right now, the provider is offering new customers a £50 reward card on select plans just for signing up.

I’ve seen my fair share of broadband offers, and it’s always a win when you can snag something extra while sorting out your internet.

BT’s plans start at just £27.99 per month for a basic broadband package with speeds of up to 36Mb, so there’s something to suit most households.

But if you’re after a bit more oomph, the standout deal for me has to be BT’s Full Fibre 300 plan.

It’s priced at £32.99 a month and comes with that handy £50 reward card thrown in.

With speeds of up to 150Mb, it’s perfect for busy homes where phones, tablets, TVs, and laptops are all fighting for bandwidth.

And let’s be honest, that £50 prepaid card really does add the icing on the cake.

How does BT’s reward card work?

BT’s reward card is a prepaid Mastercard loaded with £50 for you to spend however you like.

Once activated, you can use it almost anywhere Mastercard is accepted, whether that’s online or in-store.

That said, it’s worth noting that, unlike some other broadband perks, you can’t use this card to pay your BT bill directly.

If you’re not sure how to claim your reward, simply head over to BT’s rewards card page for all the details.

So, if your current broadband contract is coming to an end or you’re considering switching providers, this is a great deal for new customers.

This month has turned out to be a brilliant time to make the switch, with Virgin Media also rolling out some tempting incentives for new customers.

Just last week, I highlighted Virgin Media’s offer of up to £100 bill credit on its TV & Broadband bundles, but there are just hours left to lock it in.

Of course, it’s always smart to shop around and compare prices and plans before committing.

That’s why we’ve pulled together the best broadband deals from all the major providers, so you won’t miss out on any savings.
