Geri and her husband Christian previously locked horns with locals over a swimming pool and a huge barn at their 15th century manor house in Oxfordshire.
Now the parish council is worried about a proposed £30,000 ‘horse walker’ on their grounds, I can reveal.
A horse walker is a circular track that lets horses walk at a controlled pace, often used for warming up and cooling down, or rehabilitation after injury.
Earlier this month, my colleague Richard Eden broke the news that the former Spice Girl turned horse racer submitted plans for the walker at the stables she owns with Formula One boss Christian Horner.
Now I hear the parish council has lodged a formal complaint against the proposed 72ft-wide and 22ft-high structure.
The roof of the building ‘will be a substantial intrusion on the skyline,’ writes the parish clerk.
The letter is riddled with other concerns, such as the fact that ‘no neighbours were consulted’, despite the horse walker potentially being built in their eyeline.

And the letter notes that there is no mention of the footpath running to the north of the site that could be affected.
There are also fears of light pollution.
‘We would not want to see the horse walker area floodlit from the gable of the existing barn,’ the letter says.
It would be yet another extravagant installation to add to the list of elaborate facilities on the Halliwell Horners’ country estate.
So far, the couple have built an indoor swimming pool, boating lake and helipad on their land.
The couple were not available for comment last night.
