Bob Geldof famously sang ‘to live in love is all there is; life without love is meaningless’.
And it seems his daughters have heeded his message, going on to settle down and start families with men that have obtained their famous father’s approval.
Growing up, Fifi, Pixie and Peaches – Bob’s children with late wife Paula Yates – and his adopted daughter Tiger Lily, faced unbearable tragedy with the loss of their mother in 2000 and then sister Peaches 14 years later.
As part of one of Britain’s most famous families, the siblings once lived their lives in the spotlight, but in the wake of their tragic loss, the brood opted to focus on family and step away from the limelight.
Recently, Bob’s youngest daughter Tiger Lily – who Paula conceived with the late Michael Hutchence – made headlines when it emerged she had secretly tied the knot with her boyfriend of two years Ben Archer.
Bob – who married French actress Jeanne Marine following Paula’s death – was said to be in attendance, watching on proudly as the last of his daughters married.
It was a much more understated affair than the other Geldof weddings, however, hammering home the message that the Geldof girls no longer wish to live their life in the spotlight.

The eldest of the Geldof brood, Fifi, 42, married sand sculptor Andrew Robertson in 2016.
He describes himself as an ‘artist and busker’ and runs an organisation called Dirtybeach, which creates sand sculptures on beaches to make sometimes light-hearted political and environmental points.
Andrew once appeared on Dragons’ Den, dressed in a red kilt, with the intention of asking for £100,000 of funding to build litter-removing robots.
The producers edited out his idea, screening only his bid for £22,000 for a pop-up beach bar — which the Dragons turned down.
He told the investors he had been homeless in 2007 and had a ‘plethora’ of jobs. He even worked as a lap-dancer at Stringfellows. ‘I started out as an engineer,’ he said. ‘I was Father Christmas once.’
In 2014, the same year he proposed, he launched a bid for a political career, making enquiries with the Electoral Commission about registering his own political party.
He published a manifesto for his Beach Party, whose policies included legalising drugs, and providing free food, travel and education ‘at any age, regardless of sex, age, race, religion or species’.
‘Your GP should have the power to prescribe you any drug you need, including cannabis and mushrooms for free,’ he asserted just seven weeks after Fifi’s younger sister Peaches died of a heroin overdose at 25.

His political career was short-lived, however. A Twitter account for his political party still remains, inactive, with 12 followers.
In 2016, Andrew and Fifi tied the knot at St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence church in Kent.
The venue held particular significance for Fifi as it is the same church where her sister Peaches, who died of a drug overdose at the age of 25 in 2014, and mother, Paula Yates who suffered a similar fate, are buried.
Bob and Paula had a blessing in the church after their Las Vegas wedding in 1986 while Peaches married Thomas Cohen in the same venue in 2012.
PR guru Fifi first announced her engagement ring in May 2014 with reports claiming the pair had been together for around one year before getting engaged.
Fifi originally told Mail On Sunday in May that her low-key wedding would be in stark contrast to the glitzy one enjoyed by Peaches and her rocker husband Thomas, four years prior.
She told Charlotte Griffiths: ‘Unlike my dear late sister’s wedding there won’t be a magazine deal, nor pictures of me in a white dress.’

Following the ceremony, the 150 guests – which included the likes of Daisy Lowe, Harry Styles and Nick Grimshaw – filtered out to the 70 tables set up in the grounds, where a night of live music followed.
They welcomed their first child – a daughter – in 2021 and opted not to reveal her name or exactly when she was born.
The youngest of the brood, Tiger Lily made headlines this week when it emerged she had secretly married boyfriend, Ben Archer.
The singer, 28, who is expecting her first child with Ben, reportedly said ‘I Do’ in an intimate ceremony of 30 guests in in East London.
According to The Sun, the couple – who met in 2023 – were ‘keen to marry’ ahead of the birth of their first child.
The newlyweds reportedly hired out a restaurant on Columbia Road and invited their closest family and friends.

According to the insider, Ben ‘completely swept Tiger Lily off her feet’ and he’s ‘everything she wants in a man’

A source said: ‘Tiger Lily and Ben had a very chic, very low-key wedding on Saturday. They hired out a restaurant on Columbia Road for about 30 guests.
‘Tiger Lily’s sisters, Pixie and Fifi, were there, as well as Bob. The guest list was very rock ‘n’ roll, with Tiger Lily’s godfather, Nick Cave, invited, too.
‘Tiger Lily and Ben are so happy together and this ceremony was just for their closest friends and family. It was a beautiful day and, after the service, they all sat down to have a meal together.’
Tiger Lily’s husband revealed the news of her pregnancy last month when he shared an art flyer on Instagram which showed her showing off a large baby bump.
According to Woman’s Day magazine, Tiger Lily and Ben have been ‘inseparable’.
‘His family adore her and she loves that they’re so normal compared to hers,’ a source told the publication last year.
‘Things are getting very serious between them. Everyone’s expecting an engagement announcement any day now.’
According to the insider, Ben ‘completely swept her off her feet’ and he’s ‘everything she wants in a man’.
