A LOVE Island Australia star with the show’s biggest ever boobs nearly spilled out of her shirt on a boozy night out.
Gabby McCarthy, 22, is known for having the biggest boobs ever to grace the villa.
The reality star recently showed off her incredible physique on a night out wearing a pair of denim shorts and a white figure-hugging shirt.
The garment was buttoned to just below her ample cleavage, allowing Gabby to show off her assets.
She completed the look with a pair of dark rimmed glasses, black sandals and a designer handbag.
Gabby headed out for a few drinks, posing at a table with a cocktail in hand as well as enjoying a glass of rose wine.
The star has an impressive 270,000 followers on Instagram, and Gabby often shares sizzling selfies to the platform.
She first rose to fame on the seventh season of Love Island Australia, which aired in 2025.
While on the show, Gabby was accused of lying about surgery after claiming her boobs were natural.
Upon entering the villa, she insisted that nothing had been surgically enhanced.
Gabby said: “My name is Gabby, I’m 21 years old and I’m from the Gold Coast.
“I get this question every single day of my life, my boobs are natural guys! If I want a guy, then I always get him.
“I’ve got the teeth, I’ve got the face, I’ve got the body, and I’ve got the boobs.
“When I walk in the villa your man’s not even going to remember your name. Sorry not sorry girls.”
Despite her confidence, Gabby failed to find love on the show and actually chose to walk out of the villa during the series.
