EVERTON are planning a massive stadium overhaul at Hill Dickinson after a successful first year.
The Toffees left Goodison Park in May after 132 years to move to their new state-of-the-art ground, while their former home is now being used by the women’s team.
The Merseysiders have been undergoing a complete transformation under The Friedkin Group’s new ownership and manager David Moyes, who looks set to guide the team back to Europe.
But the Premier League side is looking to add more to Hill Dickinson with some further improvements.
According to The Mail, the fan plaza will be flipped into a 15,000-capacity outdoor venue for concerts and music festivals.
Everton currently have a licence to host six concerts inside the stadium, which they are hoping to lift to ten.
The Prem outfit also aims to provide additional hospitality and leisure facilities.
Everton chiefs are also planning to add statues of various club legends around the ground.
That will include the likes of Dixie Dean and Howard Kendall.
Everton are also determined to upgrade Moyes’ team ahead of next season.

That will include further statement signings, such as last season’s arrival of Jack Grealish and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
Dewsbury-Hall moved to the Toffees from Chelsea following a £28million deal.
Grealish joined Everton on loan from Manchester City and there is optimism the forward will stay next season either on another temporary agreement or a permanent deal.
