VICKY Pattison has made a huge baby decision with husband Ercan – as best pal Pete Wicks says he ‘envies her’.
Vicky, 38, and her husband have featured in a two-part show on E4 called Vicky Pattison: Maybe, Baby? where the couple debated whether they wanted to have children or not.
As well as having a session with a sex therapist, the couple – who tied the knot in August 2024 – met with people who had gone through surrogacy and adoption to explore all the ways people have children.
They also looked at their fertility, and Vicky went to see the embryos she previously had frozen to give them more time.
One of Vicky’s biggest concerns during the two episodes was how having a baby could impact on her TV career, which she has finally got to a point she had dreamed of.
She also worried she wouldn’t be a good mother and wondered if they would be better remaining as dog parents to their two Labradors, Milo and Max.

Ercan, 32, had his own concerns having just launched a new business, which wouldn’t easily align with being a stay-at-home dad while Vicky went back to work.
The couple also spoke to their nearest and dearest about their thoughts, and Vicky met up with best pal Pete Wicks to discuss things.
The pair have been friends for around 15 years and Vicky said she has always trusted Pete, 37, to give her “honest, transparent, direct advice.”
Pete joked how Vicky had achieved so much in recent years while he was “still a car crash”.
But when Vicky asked him if he would like children one day, he replied earnestly: “Yeah, I’d love to be in a position to be able to do it.”
He then added: “I’m quite envious of you.”
When Vicky acted with surprise at that, he explained: “You’re in a f***ing beautiful relationship, with the man of your dreams, that is such a blessed and wonderful position to be in. I’d love to be in that position.”
Pete was full of encouragement for his friend and his words of affirmation seemed to give Vicky the final piece of clarity she needed.
Heading out on a date night with Ercan – who had confided in his dad and brother while Vicky was with Pete – the couple finally made a decision.
Vicky told him: “I want a family and I want to be a mam.”
Ercan echoed her thoughts and said: “I think we should try and have a baby this year.”
An emotional Vicky was delighted, but admitted: “I’m still scared!”
But Ercan reassured her: “Yeah I’m terrified!”
