BOSNIA partied hard after their stunning penalty shootout victory over Italy to reach the World Cup.
And one ex-Premier League star led the celebrations despite having his arm in a sling.
For just the second time in their history, Bosnia have qualified for the premier football competition.
And their veteran captain Edin Dzeko was the first to celebrate.
The 40-year-old – who is also a two-time Premier League winner with Manchester City – was seen partying with team-mates on Instagram with his arm in a sling.
Dzeko was injured late in the draw and missed the shootout – but showed his leadership by battling through extra-time before being hacked down by Davide Frattesi with the last kick.
The skipper stayed down receiving treatment on his shoulder as the final whistle blew – with penalties looming.
Bosnia coach Sergej Barbarez said: “I hope that it is not a great injury to Edin Dzeko and that he will be able to be with us at the World Cup.
“Because he does not have much time.”
In the video, the Bosnian team are seen singing and dancing with a Bosnia and Herzegovina flag on the TV in the background.

Italy had battled to penalties with 10 men under Gennaro Gattuso – but it all fell apart in the shootout.
Pio Esposito blazed over and Bryan Cristante rattled the bar as both missed from the spot, handing Bosnia a famous win after a relentless barrage of chances.
Now they head into Group B alongside Canada, Qatar and Switzerland.
One fan said on Instagram: “Ironman + King + Legend = Edin Dzeko.”
Another wrote: “My goat is not sleeping today.”
Dzeko – who joined FC Schalke 04 from Fiorentina in January – has played all across Europe in the Prem, as well as in Serie A and the Bundesliga.
He’s ranked seventh in Europe’s all-time top international goalscorers with 73 goals from fewer than 150 matches.
Meanwhile, Italy crashed out of the World Cup before it began as their 12-year curse continues.
And they’ve become the first winners of the tournament to have missed consecutive editions of the competition after failing to qualify for Russia 2018 and Qatar 2022.
Dzeko and his team will kick off their World Cup campaign against co-hosts Canada on June 12.
