Spring has finally sprung, and high street brands are unveiling new collections to breathe life back into our wardrobes.
Leading the way is John Lewis. As expected, its latest collection is every bit as enticing as I had hoped, brimming with polished, sophisticated pieces spanning dresses, tailoring and accessories.
Alongside its in-house designs, John Lewis also offers a range of labels, including Reiss, Boden and Monica Vinader, cementing its status as a one-stop shop for effortless style.
This season, there’s a distinctly regal mood running through the collection. In fact, it’s easy to imagine Catherine, Princess of Wales, stepping out in many of the looks – from the chocolate brown polka dot dress to the striped linen shirt and impeccably cut double-breasted suit.
A standout chartreuse frock also caught my eye. The vibrant lime hue is one Kate has long favoured, and the universally flattering silhouette feels both modern and timeless – the kind of piece that transcends seasons and age alike.
