PRICE wars have seen Easter roast essentials slashed to bargain prices across major supermarkets, but one has come out on top with 4p finds.
Easter roasts can set you back a fortune, but these deals will cut costs to a minimum.
Morrisons has slashed prices to just 4p for a range of roast dinner vegetables this Easter.
The supermarket is selling carrots (1KG), parsnips (500g) and whole swede for just 4p which is a discount of around 93% compared to normal prices.
Fraser Lovatt, Market Street Director at Morrisons, said: “Easter celebrations aren’t complete without a spread of classic seasonal veg.
“By lowering the price of staples like carrots, parsnips, swede and potatoes, we’re helping customers put together the perfect Sunday roast without stretching their budget or compromising on quality.
“These cuts are part of our ongoing commitment to deliver fresh food, great value and extra support at key seasonal moments when food matters most at home.”
Customers can claim the discount using their Morrisons More Card from today until April 5 across UK stores.
While you’re there, shoppers can also get their hands on 2KG of The Best British White All Rounder Potatoes for 50% off at just £1.
All of the vegetables are British farmed which means they’re helping to support UK farmers.

Aldi is also offering Easter discounts with 2KG of Nature’s Pick British White Potatoes for 8p with a saving of 94% from its usual price of £1.32.
The Super Six discount selection runs from March 31 to April 5.
