HELEN Flanagan issues Celebrity Ex On The Beach bosses with an ultimatum ahead of signing up to the show.
The former Coronation Street actress is the most famous name on the cast for the fourth series of the hit MTV show.
But there was one demand she made sure was written into her contract for appearing on the reality show.
Mum-of-three Helen insisted on having her own bed on the programme at all times and was adamant she didn’t want to be seen in bed with another man.
The actress told The Sun she felt it was important to set this boundary as a result of being a mum and having her kids watch the show with her.
Speaking at the launch of the brand new series, Helen said: “My thing is, it that being a mum I just knew I didn’t want to share a bed with anyone.
“It did make me feel like the Queen.
“I was the only one on the cast who made sure beforehand that I definately had a bed to myself.
“It was quite hilarious!”
Helen further added that she would allow her three children whom she shares with her ex-husband to watch the series and see her date on TV.
She told The Sun: “They’ll definitely be watching – I’ve already promised Matilda that she can watch it.
“I am sure Delilah and Charlie will be watching it too.
“Matilda was with me when I did my photo shoot for Ex On The Beach – all of my bikini shots.
“I think it is really empowering.
“As a Mum you often get a lot of judgement – especially when dad’s don’t get it.
“So for that as a Mum, I think it is really empowering to go on a celebrity dating show.
“I wouldn’t say I am doing the show to show my children how I date but I am just a free spirit and I like to do my own thing.”
Celebrity Ex On The Beach begins streaming exclusively on Paramount+ from March 31.
