Jeffrey Epstein allegedly forced a young woman to have sex with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor at his Upper East Side mansion, an ex-model has claimed.
Lisa Phillips said her friend was left ‘traumatised’ after being made to go into a room where Andrew was waiting, claiming Epstein ‘liked to have things’ on people.
Speaking on BBC Newsnight Phillips said the alleged incident took place in 2003. ‘She went to his Upper East Side house and former Prince Andrew was there and he forced her to go into a room and to have sex with this man,’ Phillips told viewers.
Phillips, an ex-model from the US, added her friend did not want to comply and argued with Epstein, but said she was ultimately made to go through with it.
‘She didn’t want to. She argued with him, but he made her,’ she said.
‘She went into the room for a few minutes. Then he discarded her and walked out.’
‘And she was just traumatised over the situation. She left crying.’
Phillips said her friend called her straight afterwards, distressed and confused by what had happened.
‘She called me right away and said, you don’t know who this man is. She was frightened and couldn’t make sense of why he made her do that.’

She added that when she later confronted Epstein, he appeared to boast about the incident.
‘I said to him, why did you make her do that?’ she said.
‘And he just had this little smirk.’
‘He said, ‘I like to have things on people.’ And I was like, what? That didn’t make sense’.
Phillips said she had briefly met Andrew herself on a separate occasion, spotting him in a pool with a young blonde before he later joined guests for dinner.
She described her own assault by Epstein on his private island, saying she had been taken there by boat and attacked during what was described as a ‘massage’.
Phillips said: ‘It was an assault… he turned around and started masturbating and assaulted both myself and the other girl that was in the room.’
She added how she was left ‘horrified’ and trapped on the island overnight, adding she ‘didn’t know how to get away’ and waited until morning to leave.
Phillips said Andrew was on the island at the time, recalling that she had seen him there earlier but ‘didn’t really think much of it’.
Earlier this year, Phillips made similar claims about her encounters with Epstein and Andrew, describing how she was introduced to the duke during a trip to the financier’s private Caribbean island.
Andrew has previously denied all allegations of wrongdoing and he has not been charged with any criminal offence.
