DONALD TRUMP appeared to confirm whether Tiger Woods will play at The Masters next month.
The former champion will be present at the tournament in Augusta.
But in what capacity is still the million-dollar question.
Trump expressed his admiration for the 15-time major winner during a live appearance on Fox News.
Asked who he was looking forward to watching, Trump replied: “I love Tiger but he won’t be there – he’ll be there but he won’t be playing in it.”
The President could have insider information as Woods is dating his son Donald Trump Jr’s ex-wife Vanessa Trump.
The pair even packed on the PDA as Woods made his return to competitive golf for the first time since his 2024 appearance at The Open.
He returned to play in the TGL finals with the team he co-owns, Jupiter Links, only to be humiliated 9-2 by Los Angeles Golf Club.
Woods admitted his Jupiter Links team ‘got their a** kicked’ all while his beau Vanessa was watching on.
Woods is still hopeful of playing at The Masters – but admitted his body may not be up to the task.
“I’ve been trying. This body just doesn’t recover like it was when it was 24, 25.
“It doesn’t mean I’m not trying; I’ve been trying for a while. I’ve had a couple of bad injuries here over the past year, I’ve had to fight through, and it’s taking some time, but I keep trying.”
