People are convinced one man from Singapore has discovered the secret to eternal youth with his age-defying looks and physique.
Photographer and model Chuando Tan just turned 60, but doesn’t look a day over 30 with his smooth skin, full head of hair and trendy clothes.
A barrage of baffled comments descended on his birthday post on Instagram, calling him a ‘vampire’ and a ‘handsome grandpa’.
‘My man looks younger than me… I am 23,’ one complained. ‘He’s trolling right?’ another questioned. ‘There’s no way he’s older that early 30s maybe 36?’
Some even demanded ‘documents to confirm’ Chuando’s age, whereas as others asked if he was 60 ‘in human years’.
And while many have begged for a superhuman biohack they can take to achieve his looks, it appears that the social media star’s appearance is down to genetics and, less excitingly, a strict diet and exercise routine.
He has denied any surgery or tweakments, albeit admitting that he ‘experimented once’ with Botox around his eyes – but didn’t like the results.
According to Silverithm, Chuando said that other than dyeing his greying hair black, he is simply ‘an old man who exercises and takes care of himself’.

‘You are what you eat,’ he added, sharing that he believes his looks are 70 per cent down to food, and 30 per cent down to exercise.
‘You wouldn’t want to look like a hamburger, right? I would rather look like a mean, lean chicken breast.’
Recounting his morning routine to CNA Lifestyle, the model shared that his day usually starts with a hearty breakfast – which can be protein shakes, oatmeal or eggs – whereas lunch and dinner is chicken or fish in broth, with rice.
And elsewhere, speaking to Her World, Chuando admitted that he does have is weaknesses – including ice cream – but tries to make it to the gym five times a week, for at least an hour and a half each time.
Naturally, he also avoids smoking, alcohol and caffeine.
And while preserving his baby face seems like a lot of work, he insisted his skin routine is ‘simple’.
Chuando first found fame as a ‘real life Dorian Gray’ around 2017, when he was setting up social media for his photography work, and decided to feature photos of himself.

People were overwhelmed to learn that the man with a beaming complexion, no wrinkles – and chiseled abs – was in his 50s.
He now has 2.1million followers on Instagram, and continues to wow viewers with his impressive physique and youthful style, opting for graphic T-shirts, baseball caps and leather jackets over frumpy jumpers and cardigans.
However, Chuando revealed that he’s attracted criticism as well as admiration, as some in past have told him ‘please stop it, don’t do this, you’re 50 years old’.
‘Is there like a standard behaviour that I’m supposed to follow?’ he questioned. ‘People are like that. We are more comfortable when everybody is the same, right?
‘As long as you’re good to your parents, people that you care for, people around you, and to whoever your God is, that’s good enough. You’re so small, how are you going to please the whole world?’
Chuando also told CNA Lifestyle that his greatest tips for ageing well lie in more mental practices.
‘What you think and what you feel – that emotion is reflected on your face,’ he shared.
‘I think with that understanding, isn’t it good if we can psyche ourselves to have that mindset? To have a positive, healthy, young thinking.
‘I think through a period of time, that feeling will eventually become you. Ageing is inevitable. I’m no different from anyone else.’
‘On my 60th birthday, I am reminded that time is the only real wealth. Each sunrise arrives as an inheritance, not a guarantee,’ he wrote on Instagram.
‘I am grateful to stand on this Earth still. The wiser path now is simple: return daily to nature and sunlight, and align myself with what endures. I wish for PEACE ON EARTH.’
