It must be so neat to be a well-heeled Western commie and be able to take your progressive revolutionary resistance circus act on the road with little to no discomfort to yourself.
I mean, we’ve seen it for years with Bernie Sanders, who never met a real job he could hold or a government job he couldn’t suckle at for life. And then, when he partnered up with his much younger and more attractive Congressional clone, the attractively vapid Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, they turned socialist rhetoric into a first-class cross-country grift for the ages.
As they preached equity, anti-oligarchy themes, and ‘working’ class (Hah!) values neither of them has any experience with, their actual actions during their barnstorming for the oppressed and underprivileged show what a sham the entire charade was.
For someone who could unironically mouth…
While on tour, Ocasio-Cortez stated, “The only division that is truly hurting our country the most is the endless greed by those at the very, very top at the cost of everyone else.”
…while racking up hotel bills at NOT-THE-RED-ROOF-INN…
FEC filings revealed the hotel charges tied to the tour, drawing pushback that such expenditures are at odds with the tour’s anti-oligarchy theme.
…FEC filings listed a 3,508.92 payment to Vdara Hotel & Spa in Las Vegas and a 3,165.76 payment to The Leo Kent Hotel in Tucson. The tour, aimed at rallying support for progressive causes, drew thousands in attendance across the nation.
…seems a tad hypocritical.
When you throw in the fact that neither the geriatric curmudgeon…
Bernie Sanders spent over $550K in 2025 campaign funds on private jets, filings show
Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-VT, who crisscrossed the country last year on a Fighting Oligarchy tour with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, spent over $550,000 in 2025 on private jet travel for himself using campaign funds, a Fox News Digital review of Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings found.
The majority of the spending came in the first two quarters, which cover up until July. That is also when Sanders and AOC had the majority of their tour stops across the country.
For socialists, they’re sure a couple of high flyers!
Far-left New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was spotted exiting a private jet with her comrade in arms, Sen. Bernie Sanders, after shuttling between stops for a campaign dedicated to denouncing the wealthy.
Video from Fox News shows AOC and Sanders exiting a Bombardier Challenger 604 — despite both railing against flying private planes and the people who own them — a luxury aircraft with a lofty $5 million to $7 million price tag and costing an eye-watering $15,000 per hour to charter.
…also did not practice what they preached regarding the use of proletarian transportation methods like Greyhound, Amtrak, or economy-class airline tickets; you start to get a sense of Soviet Politburo privilege déjà vu…if you’re old enough to remember.
Interestingly enough, this moral conundrum and blazing hypocrisy might also have something to do with another recent revelation coming out of campaign cash filings – that perky little AOC spent some $19,000 on sessions with a notorious ketamine therapy-related shrink.
I don’t think people are fully grasping just how many sessions with a psychiatrist $19,000 would cover.
Especially with Congress’s insurance.
It’s an insane number.
Something is off. Not just AOC.
Who is this shrink? pic.twitter.com/sHfvKloiwp

The expenditures were filed under ‘leadership training.’
Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign paid nearly $19,000 to a psychiatrist known for ketamine treatments last year, listing the payments as “leadership training and consulting.”
Ocasio-Cortez’s committee sent three payments to Dr. Brian Boyle totaling $18,725 across 2025, according to Federal Election Commission records. The disbursements were $11,550 in March, $2,800 in May and $4,375 in October.
Boyle serves as Chief Psychiatric Officer at Stella, a mental health clinic chain with more than 20 locations, according to the company’s website. He trained at Harvard Medical School and spent nine years as an attending psychiatrist at McLean Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Stella offers ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato (an FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray), transcranial magnetic stimulation and stellate ganglion blocks.
Only physicians are kind of a personal thing, and personal things cannot be paid for with campaign funds.
…Paul Kamenar, counsel to the National Legal and Policy Center, told the New York Post (NYP) the spending appeared to violate that standard. “While she describes these expenses as ‘leadership training,’ Dr. Boyle has no expertise in that area, unlike several Democratic campaign consultants,” Kamenar said. “This looks like yet another example of misuse of campaign contributions.”
But we all know how special she feels she is, so I’m figuring this will lead to more grandstanding and perhaps more shrink visits.
It’s the upper crusty progressive Marxist way.
They play-act at revolutions, safe here in the US of A from any of the results in the unlikely event a revolution comes about. New York commies are going to find out shortly how much fun their revolutionary ideas are once they’ve got them all in place. Guaranteed they will just as quickly abandon the island of Manhattan as it sinks beneath the communist wave, skittering out like gilded cockroaches from a burning shed.
That’s the nice thing about being an American communist – you’re well-heeled enough to take your sad act on the road and start again plaguing residents somewhere else.
What’s really amazing is that these privileged and overeducated revolutionaries, who have never actually done anything as revolutionary as growing a plant in a pot other than pot plants, can afford to go on revolutionary zoo tours. They have enough money and spare time to take chartered flights to third-world countries and bring their peculiar brand of LARPing revolutionary fervor, all while never once being inconvenienced by the actual conditions those oppressed under the communist regimes in power endure daily.
The vomitous trust-fund baby Medea (formerly ‘Susan’) Benjamin had a message for the world in her clean, fresh pink t-shirt as she and her planeload of revolution tourists took off to enrich the lives of Cubans by ‘breaking the US blockade.’
Medea Benjamin (co-founder of CODEPINK) will never suffer under the system she wants to create for the rest of us.

Okay. Not so much.
The whole lot of them wanted to get out of the snow.
Here, they are thrilled to meet the current dictator of the island, Miguel Diaz-Canal, in an assembly hall filled with light and air-conditioning.
American socialists have arrived in Cuba and are giving the dictator Diaz-Canel a standing ovation inside an auditorium with running AC and electricity while Cuban on the island experience blackouts and hunger. pic.twitter.com/VXBu5a7s8M

YAY!
The dictator was kind enough to arrange a little Socialist Safari tour for the visiting LARPers so they could ogle the happy Cubanos in daylight as they go about their island paradise.

This probably used the last eight gallons of gas on the island, but gosh – it was worth every peso to make a good impression on the daffy gringos.
Code Pink flew artists to Cuba to leave behind a “gift” mural. Maybe their base eats that up, but it comes off as pure performative cringe to me. pic.twitter.com/HXnAAW0oiY

Daffy, useful gringo AWFLs.
Particularly when the older AWFL is so good at making great videos for dictators!
VIVA CUBAN DEMOCRACY!
BREAKING: Code Pink chants “This is what democracy looks like!” in the streets of Cuba, an authoritarian country that explicitly bans all political parties outside of the Communist Party of Cuba.

Hospitals in Cuba are running on the bare minimums to keep NICUs running and the machines necessary for the elderly and those who need treatment like dialysis to stay alive.
What has really worked out for the progressive theater tourists is that, when they told the Communists in charge they brought their own rock band, well, magically enough power appeared for all the amps and instruments, and an excruciatingly painful rock ‘F**K TRUMP‘ concert broke out.
OMG – isn’t communism wonderful?
HAPPENING NOW Kneecap (@KNEECAPCEOL) performs for the Nuestra América convoy in Havana: “Free Cuba, f*ck Trump, f*ck Netanyahu!”
The Irish rappers came to Cuba as part of the convoy which brought 20 tons of humanitarian aid to the island. pic.twitter.com/PSHGJHMltj

Then again, Kneecap is an Irish communist band, and I can only assume …well, forget that. I won’t assume. Let’s just say ‘Free Palestine’ chants are getting really old, truly pathetic, and there are places they’re even more inappropriate than others.
Even in Havana, with the power cutting out shorty after our gig, the message of solidarity to Palestine remains the same ❤️ pic.twitter.com/NUCzYfiTvB

Besides, the Socialist Safari goers were so selfishly wrapped up in their partying hardy, it never once occurred to them to look outside. Maybe even just a glance at that 90% dark hospital next door.

And why would they? All the action was inside.
Excuse me, said revolting and despicable Hasan Piker, not our fault. The government told us we had to stay at the five-star place.
Code Pink and Hasan Piker said they were providing humanitarian assistance to Cuba.
Seems more like a drinking vacation to me. https://t.co/zmJqrnb9QC pic.twitter.com/Wgbg2AEuZp

Well, good commies always do what the government tells them. However, our government has that very hotel on their ‘prohibited accommodations list.’
I wonder if Hasan has any clue what the phrase ‘useful tool’ means?
The shortages in Cuba have gotten so bad, now the dictatorship has to import communists. https://t.co/Vp8QPytPDD

There really is nothing quite as pathetic, quite as hypocritical, quite as hypersensitive, or quite as useful to the worst people on earth as a well-heeled Western parasitic progressive.
Especially when they’re on vacation, dancing on graves and pointing at the local animals from the safety of the Safari bus.
At least they brought their own music.
