THE warmer weather has finally arrived which for many means only one thing – enjoying the thrills and spills at theme parks.
The new season has launched and families are guaranteed exhilarating new rides, amazing attractions and sensational shows.

However, if you’re more on the curvy side, some attractions can be hit or miss, with rides often requiring specific, tighter seating or chest restraints.
Luckily, one woman who claims to be “a big booty girl” has come to the rescue with an easy tip that will stop you from being publicly humiliated.
Danielle Lucy, who reviews “fashion for a plus-size body”, took to TikTok to offer a helping hand – and also share which rides she was and wasn’t able to go on at Thorpe Park.
Posting under the username @danielle_lucyy, Danielle said: “If you’re like me, a big booty girl, and you’re worried about coming to a theme park and fitting in the rides – there is gonna be some that you just don’t fit into, it just is what it is.
“But lots of the rides have these outside that you can sit in and test,” she said, pointing to a test seat next to an attraction.
According to the video, these seats usually feature light indicators (green and red) on the side which signify, with reasonable accuracy, if the rider fits.
Danielle continued: “Then you can go on the ride and not worry that you’re gonna be humiliated.
“So, do not miss out this summer on going to theme parks because we’re big butt,” she chuckled.
Tagging the popular attraction in the caption, Danielle wrote: “So many people have asked about ride sizes.
“I was able to go on EVERYTHING apart from The swarm and Collusus which have super narrow seats. Each ride has a test seat outside to try.
“Don’t miss out this summer!!!! You can fit.
“If you’re bigger than me, the rides with the biggest seats were Nemesis (they have rows 4 and 5 that have bigger seats), HYPERIA and stealth.”
Posted one day ago, the clip has taken the internet by storm, racking up more than 23k views and dozens of comments.
One person shared their experience, writing: “I went when I was bigger I wouldn’t even say big big and struggled to get on everything they had to push down!! I don’t think the rides are plus size friendly at all.”
“Thank you for doing this video,” another chimed in.
Meanwhile, someone else simply said: “Love this.”
“2 years ago I went to Alton towers I was 16 stone and really embarrassed when they had to put the extra harness on me on oblivion,” a fourth said.
“We went back in Aug ( I started Mounjaro in July) and I managed to get on without needing that extra harness! To me that was the big win.”
