Fans declare ‘one of our own’ as Premier League star spotted singing in a WEDDING DRESS at train station

FANS have declared Premier League star Joe Worrall is “one of our own” after seeing him singing in a WEDDING DRESS at a train station.

Worrall, 29, was an unused substitute in Burnley’s 3-1 defeat at Fulham on Saturday that saw the Clarets slide deeper into relegation trouble.

However, Worrall was not completely down in the dumps about the looming threat of the drop for Scott Parker‘s side.

Instead, the defender took the opportunity to enjoy some time out in London.

The England Under-21 star was spotted at St Pancras International in a video which circulated on social media.

On its own, that would not be too noteworthy, but it was his attire which caught the eye.

The former Nottingham Forest star was seen belting out Queen’s 1979 hit, Don’t Stop Me Now, while wearing a wedding dress.

Worrall was standing in a group in the middle of the station as someone played the former UK number one hit on the piano.

Reacting on social media, fans were loving Worrall’s willingness to get involved in the challenge, speculating it might be the player’s Stag Do.

One fan said: “Is he getting married? Love Wozza!”

A second said: “Go on lad.”

A third added: “He’s one of our own!!”

Another said: “Assuming it’s his Stag do. Fair play to him, makes a lovely Bride.”

SunSport have approached Burnley for comment.

Worrall joined Burnley in 2024 from Forest, ending a 13-year association with the City Ground outfit where he broke through the club’s Academy.

He has played 11 times in the league for Burnley this season, though being left on the bench at Fulham ended a run of five games in a row he had featured in, his longest of the season.

Worrall also played in the League Cup twice – which finally saw Manchester City lift the trophy after beating Arsenal 2-0 at Wembley on Sunday.
