THIS is the horrifying moment an Under-11s HEADBUTTED a referee in front of terrified children.
The incident occurred during the match between Ponte de Frielas and Bobadelense in Lisbon, Portugal.
Video captured during the game caught assistant coach Vasco Lourenco from AD Bobadelense storming down the pitch.
He suddenly lashes out at the official and headbutts which sends him to the ground.
The shocking moment occured infront of the children who were still on the pitch.
The kids seemed in disbelief in the immediate aftermath before the video cuts out.
Local reports have claimed the the coach has been dismissed by the club.
AD Bobadelense have released a statement following the headbutt slamming the behaviour of the coach.
It read: “The Associacao Desportiva Bobadelense hereby repudiates the incident that occurred this morning during our Under-11 (Benjamins A) game against Ponte Frielas.
“During the match, one of our assistant coaches displayed completely unacceptable behavior, culminating in a physical assault on the referee.

“In light of this event, we offer our sincerest apologies to the referee involved, to Ponte Frielas, to the athletes, their respective guardians, to the Lisbon Football Association, and to the Arbitration Council.
“We want to make it clear that this episode in no way reflects the values of Associacao Desportiva Bobadelense, nor the environment we promote as a training entity, distinguished with the Ethics Flag.
“We also inform you that the coach in question has been immediately removed from all his duties, and the necessary disciplinary procedures are already underway to ensure that situations like this do not happen again.
“We reaffirm our commitment to safety, respect, and fair play, fundamental pillars of the work we carry out daily.”
