EMILY Atack showed off her sexy pins in a pair of designer shorts in what has been a bumper year for the TV star.
The Rivals star has been on a weight loss journey since the birth of her son Barney in 2024.
Emily posed for a mirror selfie in her new country home wearing a tweed blazer over a v-neck black top and wide-legged black shorts.
“Wearing these MiuMiu bermudas for the forseeable,” she captioned the Instagram story and referring to her designer shorts.
Emily, 36, opened up on the pressure to lose weight after giving birth to her son, but refused to rush back into the gym.
“There’s something quite liberating about having a baby. Your body goes through so much and you genuinely look at your body as a completely different vessel,” she told Jamie Laing on his Great Company podcast in November 2024.
“Being pregnant and being desexualised, looking at your body, you create a human inside you, then you give birth to your child – which by the way is mental – you get home and the first thing people say to you is, when are you going to get back in the gym?’”
She added later: “Where’s the congratulations for being a mother? Instead it’s when are you going to get the baby weight off… I’m not back at the gym at the minute, I’ve actually put on more weight since giving birth. I’m just enjoying this bit.”
Emily’s recent leggy display comes after The Sun revealed her eye-watering salary to star in the Disney+ show Rivals.
The saga follows the power struggle between two TV stations in the 1980s.
Emily and her cast mates on Rivals are each raking in £1.5million for the show.
Also commanding £1.5million apiece are Danny Dyer, who plays Freddie Jones, David Tennant (Tony Baddingham), Aidan Turner (Declan O’Hara), Katherine Parkinson (Lizzie Vereker) and Alex Hassell (Rupert Campbell-Black).
As well as filming Rivals this year, Emily was also the face of Agent Provocateur’s latest campaign.
She also waved goodbye to London to live her dream life in the countryside where she has moved into a new home with fiance Alistair Garner and their son Barney.
Emily reflected on how much her life has changed over the years.
“From single girl flats in Camden, to where I had my baby in North London. Now the big one,” she wrote on Instagram in February.
“As me Al, Barney and Penny have moved out of London and to the countryside to our dream home.”
