The card was officially announced earlier this month and received a mixed reaction from fight fans.

Rogan wasn’t one of those unenthused by the line-up for the presidential punch-ups.

But he is seemingly somewhat worried by the event taking place while the United States is at war with Iran and tensions are high across the Middle East.

During a recent episode of his Joe Rogan Experience podcast, he said: “It sounds crazy.

“I know it’s going to be very high security and high stress and weird to have a fight at the White House in the middle of a f***ing war!”

President Donald Trump insists “it won’t be long” before the war is over.

But Rogan, like many others, has his doubts.

The 58-year-old continued: “I would hope the war will be sorted out by June.

Ilia Topuria v Justin Gaethje – Lightweight title unification fight

Alex Pereira vs Cyril Gane – Interim heavyweight title fight

Sean O’Malley vs Aiemann Zahabi – men’s bantamweight bout

Mauricio Ruffy vs Michael Chandler – lightweight bout

Diego Lopes vs Steve Garcia – featherweight bout

“But quite honestly, I’m not confident that’s going to be the case.”

Several high-ranking government officials are expected to be in attendance at the invite-only event.

Having them all gathered in one place during the height of a war and it being public knowledge is a huge concern for Rogan.

He said: “That will be weird, having this very high-profile event where everybody is in one place at one time.”

The White House card will be headlined by the return of lightweight king Ilia Topuria, who will face Justin Gaethje in a 155lbs title unification bout.

Fan favourite Alex Pereira will be in action in the co-main event of the evening, locking horns with Ciryl Gane for the interim heavyweight title.
