The FBI said the technology teacher and retired member of the New York National Guard “regularly promoted, managed, and carried on prostitution parties” from his mansion in Macedon, near Rochester.

Simpson advertised the parties by email, with invites that included details of the sex workers to be in attendance, prosecutors alleged.

The emails allegedly instructed customers to agree to payments or “donations for services” with the “dancers”.

The veteran is accused of charging an entry fee to the raunchy raves with a “cover charge for admission”.

He has been dubbed “Major Hands” in the indictment, which claims he managed which rooms were available to clients and advised his guests of clandestine parking spots.

Simpson’s LinkedIn says he served as a guardsman for 29 years, across Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan.

His guardsman career ended in 2020 after a stint in Rochester and Troy, New York.

The alleged pimp then worked as a supply English teacher in Monroe County Public Schools before getting a job as a technology teacher for the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District in August 2024.

He resigned as a teacher in January this year, the district told 13WHAM.

A statement from the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District said: “As with all employees, Mr. Simpson was subject to a required background check and employment screening, including fingerprinting and a check of the New York State Sex Offender Registry, which came through with approval from the New York State Education Department.

“The charge against Mr. Simpson involves alleged conduct that occurred outside of his capacity as an employee of the District, and we have no reason to believe an investigation would involve his work with North Rose-Wolcott.

“However, the District will fully cooperate with law enforcement in their investigation if asked.

“The safety of our students, staff and community is our top priority.”

He also worked as a substitute teacher and computer science teacher for the Gananda Central School District between 2022 and 2024.

Simpson pleaded not guilty to using use of interstate facilities to promote, manage, establish, carry on and facilitate a prostitution enterprise.

He was released on conditions and is set to return to court today.
