Walkers urgently recalls thousands of crisp packets over dangerous allergy risk

WALKERS have urgently recalled a popular flavour of crisps due to an allergy risk.

Thousands of Hot Honey Crisp packets has been pulled from shelves after it was discovered some may contain milk, which is not mentioned on the label.

Walkers has recalled the 6 packs of the snacks, which are thought to possibly contain Mild Cheese and Onion seasoning.

This seasoning contains milk and has not been listed correctly on the packaging.

Customers who have an allergy or intolerance to milk have been advised not to eat this product.

Anyone who has purchased the potato snack and has concerns over allergies should return it to the store from where it was bought.

The company have confirmed any customers affected by the recall will receive a full refund.
