AFTER his snub on Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom, Brooklyn Beckham has reunited with his godfather Elton John alongside wife Nicola Peltz.
Brooklyn and Nicola looked deep in conversation with music icon Elton as the trio chatted at his Oscars viewing party event on Sunday night.
The eldest of Victoria and David Beckham’s four children has been embroiled in a public feud with his family after marrying actress Nicola.
He issued a public statement condemning his family earlier this year, with him vowing he would never reconcile with them.
On Sunday, which was both Oscars day and Mothering Sunday in England, Brooklyn wished his mother-in-law a happy Mother’s Day, but failed to do so to his own mother.
Then, hours later at the Oscars, he reunited with a family member, his godfather Elton.
Brooklyn and Nicola attended the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 34th Annual Academy Awards viewing party last night.
The married couple looked striking as they matched in all-black outfits, with Brooklyn donning a tuxedo for the event.
At one point in the evening, Elton could be seen sitting at a table with Brooklyn and Nicola with the trio chatting.
Elton, who rocked a striking red blazer, chatted to the couple as onlookers watched on.

Nicola, Brooklyn and Elton all looked quite serious as they chatted with one another.
Sir Elton John is godfather to Brooklyn, and the pair share a very close bond.
Amid the ongoing feud between Brooklyn and his parents, Elton and his husband David Furnish have publicly supported Brooklyn and his wife.
Brooklyn and Nicola’s attendance at Elton’s event came hours after the son of David and Victoria did not acknowledge his mom on Mother’s Day in England.
Instead of thanking his mom or sharing a gushing tribute, Brooklyn paid tribute to Nicola’s mum instead.
He swooned over Claudia Heffner Peltz in celebration of her birthday, which fell on the same day.
Brooklyn posted a photo posing with Nicola and Claudia to his Instagram stories and added a gushing tribute.
“Happy birthday to the best mother-in-law.
“Love u so much and hope you had the most amazing day,” Brooklyn wrote.
They also celebrated Claudia’s birthday in style, with many in the family sharing plenty of photos online from the big bash.
Even though Brooklyn snubbed his own mom, Victoria’s husband David made sure to lavish her with praise for Mother’s Day in England.
It comes just a week after Brooklyn celebrated his own birthday, and at the same time snubbed his parents.
As their son turned 27, David and Victoria made sure they still sent their eldest son sweet birthday messages on social media.
They both shared throwback snaps of them with their son and also added that they “loved him so much” in posts shared on Instagram.
