NATHALIE BJORN broke down in tears after a cruel injury blow just TWO MINUTES after coming on against Manchester United.
The Chelsea star, making her first appearance since November, had only just came into the Women’s League Cup Final action when her afternoon was ended within seconds in horrible scenes.

After taking in a pass and then releasing the ball forward, the 28-year-old appeared to instantly grab her calf as she went down.
Her team-mate Hannah Hampton approached her and signalled to the bench to make a change before others in blue rushed over to see her as medical staff attending to her.
She was reduded to tears as she hobbled down towards the tunnel with the help of the two Chelsea physios.
Rachel Brown-Finnis – a former England goalkeeper – reacted to the heartbreaking scenes for Bjorn.
She said: “They need to look after Nathalie Bjorn physically and mentally.
“These girls are a long way from home and they need to be looked after as family at the club.
“And I’m sure they will be.
“This will be a low point for Bjorn but hopefully she can come back safely.”
