He signed the Gunners in a £46million deal from Lyon in 2017 before re-joining the Ligue 1 club in 2022.

And he got a warm reception from fans after returning to north London this weekend.

Lacazette was spotted in the stands wearing a grey jumper and beanie as he cut a low-profile figure.

And supporters took to social media to celebrate his return after seeing the friendly face once again.

Lacazette was in town for a crucial game against the Toffees as Arsenal looked to extend their lead over Man City.

Arsenal went into the game sitting seven points clear of Pep Guardiola‘s men.

Lacazette didn’t manage to win a Premier League title during his time at Arsenal.

But he did leave with an FA Cup winners’ medal after their triumph in 2019-20.

After exiting the club, he played another 116 games for Lyon, scoring 72.

He left Lyon on a free transfer last summer and signed a two-year deal with Saudi Arabian outfit Neom.

Lacazette has since scored 12 times in 27 games for the team, who are managed by ex-PSG boss Christophe Galtier.

Neom also boast stars like ex-West Ham midfielder Said Benrahma and former Everton star Abdoulaye Doucoure.
