IGOR TUDOR has told his Tottenham flops not to play the victim and ignore the “bulls***” outside noise.
Relegation-threatened Spurs, who visit Liverpool on Sunday, have copped flak from all corners after five straight defeats in the Premier League.
They hit a new low on Tuesday with the shambolic 5-2 Champions League loss at Atletico Madrid, where goalie Antonin Kinsky was subbed after 17 minutes following two howlers.
Tudor faced calls to be sacked for his handling of the Kinsky situation and after becoming the first Spurs boss ever to lose his opening four matches.
But the interim boss, 47, said: “It’s been tough, for sure. Not just because of the last game, but because of the [recent] period and the past.
“Like everything in life, you can choose how to see the situation.
“You can stay and cry or you can fight. You can be the victim or you can say, ‘I can change something’. This is the message I want to start and what I told the players.
“The bottle is always half empty or half full. Here there is nothing full, there is a lot of empty things but difficult moments don’t last forever.
“It will pass and I believe the players who will take this as a challenge, as an opportunity will stand up with the courage to change things.
“After this period they will become better people and better players.

“In the last period, a lot of things [have been said from the outside] about what the club is, the problems, [that] no one can do nothing and this victimisation, like we were victims.
“I said this morning to the players totally opposite things.
“We are the team and we are the staff. It’s all about us. All the bulls***, all the other things are bulls*** and sorry to use this word, but it’s on us.”
Former Spurs stars Teddy Sheringham and Jamie O’Hara were among those calling for Tudor to be sacked after Atletico.
But the hierarchy have stuck with him for Liverpool at least and Tudor confirmed he has been having conversations with chief executive Vinai Venkatesham “every day”.
Tottenham are the only Premier League side not to win a game in 2026.
Defeat at Anfield – where they have conceded at least four in their last four games – could see them in the drop zone by the end of the weekend.
Tudor has yet more selection issues with captain Cristian Romero and Joao Palhinha ruled out due to concussion protocols after clashing heads against Atletico.
Yves Bissouma is also out with a muscle issue and Micky van de Ven is suspended – but Conor Gallagher should be OK despite having a fever this week.
That is in addition to the EIGHT other long-term injuries that have already decimated the squad.
Predecessor Thomas Frank claimed he felt like Spurs were cursed after all the crocks on his watch.
But Tudor insisted: “I always like to say to the players, don’t be a victim. Don’t think it’s not about me.
“You know that can be the problem more than all these things about Tottenham and the club, you know, like magic on the club, like bad black magic and these other bulls***, you know.”
Tudor was slammed for ignoring Kinsky, who turned 23 today, as he hauled him off against Atletico after he slipped up TWICE in possession, leading to two goals.
It led to legendary stopper Peter Schmeichel claiming the Croat had “killed” Kinsky’s career.
Tudor confirmed Guglielmo Vicario would be back between the sticks at Anfield.
Yet when asked if he would have any hesitation playing Kinsky again, Tudor replied: “No, of course he will play for sure.
“He came back the day after and was very good in training. Positive. Nothing else.
“For sure in his career there will be other mistakes but he has a strength and quality and in front of him is a very good career.”
