A WOMAN has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly opening fire outside Rihanna’s LA mansion while the singer was inside with her children.
Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, 35, from Florida, was formally charged Tuesday with one count of attempted murder and nine counts of assault with a firearm.
She was also charged with two counts of shooting into an inhabited dwelling and one count of shooting at a motor vehicle, according to The Los Angeles Times.
Prosecutors claim Ortiz fired multiple rounds toward the Grammy winner’s property before fleeing the scene in a white Tesla Model 3.
Cops later trailed the vehicle to a shopping center parking lot in Sherman Oaks, where Ortiz was arrested roughly 30 minutes after the initial 911 call.
She was later booked for attempted murder and is being held in custody with bail set at $10,225,000.
The dramatic arrest followed a midday scare on Sunday when gunfire rang out near the star’s Beverly Hills mansion.
According to dispatch audio reviewed by The U.S. Sun, the call first came in just after 1.15 pm local time.
“The shots came from across the street,” the dispatcher relayed, adding that no one at the scene had a clear visual of the suspect.
Witnesses reportedly told police the shooter fired from a vehicle before speeding away.

“Ten shots fired from the vehicle at the gate,” the dispatcher confirmed over the radio.
Officers scrambled to identify the car as it fled down Coldwater Canyon, with one officer asking: “Can you find out the make of that Tesla, I’m sorry, the model?”
Helicopters allegedly tracked the vehicle, described as dirty along the bottom, before it pulled into the shopping center where Ortiz was taken into custody.
The LAPD later confirmed the shooting happened at 1.21 pm on March 8.
Investigators say five to seven shots struck the property’s gate but did not hit the main house.
