A POPULAR social media influencer has been left in tears after opening up the results of her cancer test results on camera.
US-based Sydney Towle took to Instagram to reveal a health update as part of her stage four cancer battle.
Following a round of routine tests, new results showed that Sydney’s condition had taken a turn for the worse.
Opening up her results via her computer, the social media star’s face began to crumble and she soon began to let out tears as she admitted it wasn’t good news.
Having confessed she had a “bad feeling” about the outcome of the results, she confirmed that the tumours in her body had all grown in size.
She said: “I had such a bad feeling last night but I was hoping that it was just like anxiety.
“So, everything has increased in size.
“All the tumours in my liver have grown.”
The results came from Sydney’s latest CT scan amid her ongoing health battle.
The Instagram star went on to say: “It also says that my spleen has increased in size…”
She began to break down into tears once more before she added: “It is typically not a good sign.
“It is definitely not the news that I was hoping for but I had a feeling but obviously we are just gonna keep going.”
Sydney has so far been suffering with cancer for three years.
Reacting to her heartbreaking video in the comments, one fan said: “Sydney, your vulnerability in sharing is so beautiful! Sending you so much love and strength your way.”
Another went on to write: “Allow yourself to feel your feelings, but remember that you must fight back in every way possible. We are all praying for you.
“Sending you love and patience. Don’t forget to breathe.”
A third then commented: “My sweet girl. I am praying. Jesus please lord. We need you to heal Syd. In your name we pray.”
With a fourth echoing: “You keep going , your inner strength is amazing and positively beautiful girl , all the love and prayers in the world.”
Sydney’s fame on social media soared thanks to her everyday, relatable content.
