A HUGE brand new Marks & Spencer store is set to open in a market town in the UK – much to the delight of local shoppers.
The massive 50,000-square-foot store will offer a full range of food and clothing and much more.

The high street icon is set to open up in Harlow in Essex, saying it’s looking forward to supporting the renewal of the town.
Originally, they explored opening only a food store but changed their minds after further conversations, with Harlow council.
The retailer has now agreed to bring a full product line food and fashion store to the delight of the council.
The new store will be two-storey and purpose-built at the driving training centre site on Edinburgh Way.
It will also have a car park with room for 380 vehicles, direct bus routes and work will be done to improve the road layout.
The store will also see the creation of 200-300 new jobs for the area.
Unemployment in the market town is frequently higher than the national average in the UK – so this is a great boost for job seekers.
The project is subject to planning approval, but it is thought that it could open as early as next year.
The deal follows two years of discussions between Harlow council and the retailer.
Cllr Dan Swords, Leader of Harlow Council, said: “We promised the people of Harlow we would bring a full-line M&S back to our town – and today we have delivered. This week we signed an agreement for a new flagship, purpose-built Marks and Spencer food and fashion store for Harlow.”
Stuart Machin, CEO of M&S, said: “We are delighted to confirm we have signed an agreement on terms for a new state of the art Marks and Spencer store in Harlow.”
He added: “We look forward to creating 200-300 new jobs and a fantastic store bringing food and fashion to the area and supporting the Council in its work to renew Harlow.”
