SPIDER-MAN star Tom Holland is sitting on a £9.2million property and cash empire, papers show.
The Hollywood heart-throb, 29, runs Tom Holland Ltd, which takes in funds from his movies and is worth £5.2million.

Another outfit, called Joey Frost Ltd, has property worth £1million on its books while Acre 1223 Ltd is worth £3million.
Tom has also set up and trademarked a production firm so he can make films.
He successfully applied to the UK Intellectual Property Office and US Patent and Trademark Office to trademark Billy 17 — a nod to his past in the Billy Elliot musical.
London-born Tom divides his time between the capital and LA with Zendaya, who starred with him in Spider-Man.

The A-list pair reportedly got engaged between Christmas 2024 and New Year last year, in one of Zendaya’s family homes in the US.
Tom popped the question in a romantic and intimate setting, sources told TMZ at the time.
The outlet reported the moment was just between the two stars, with no family around to see.
The English actor reportedly asked Zendaya’s dad, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, for his blessing months before the proposal but waited until the time was right to get down on one knee.
Although they didn’t announce their engagement, during a panel event a reporter called Zendaya Tom’s “girlfriend”, to which the actor corrected them and said: “Fiancée.”
Zendaya has also been spotted on multiple occasions flashing her engagement ring.
The lowkey engagement was is in line with the couple’s relaxed style of keeping their romance to themselves.
