Costa reveals huge menu shake-up with 10 new items hitting this week

SPRING has officially sprung at Costa Coffee as the high street favourite introduces 10 new items this week.

The chain is rolling out a brand new seasonal menu, including the return of a much-loved Easter favourite, in stores nationwide from Thursday.

Shoppers can expect fun purple drinks, savoury hot cross buns and an all new matcha twist.

Top of the list is the Sweet Ube Hot Chocolate, a vibrant violet brew that retails from £4.65.

If you prefer your caffeine cold, the Sweet Ube Frappe serves up the same nutty-sweet flavour in iced form starting at £4.35.

Matcha fans aren’t left out either, thanks to the new £5.15 Cherry Vanilla Iced Matcha Latte.

You can grab a Costa coffee for 50p next week at hundreds of shops

But it’s not just about the drinks this year.

A Costa classic is returning to shelves as the chain welcomes back its fan favourite Chocolate Cornflake Nests, which retail from £2.70.

The coffee giant has also given the classic Easter bun a fiery makeover with its Bacon, Mature Cheddar & Chilli Jam Hot Cross Bun, retailing from £5.30.

For those after something sweeter, there’s a Strawberry & Matcha Cookie Sandwich landing on counters.

The £3.15 treat sandwiches strawberry jam and matcha frosting between two chunky cookies.

You can also snap up a tasty Gingerbread Chick biscuit from just £2.70.

And finally, loyal Costa fans can snap up all-new merch as the brand is releasing a stylish range of travel cups starting at £13.50.
