SOPHIE Habboo has opened up on “constant mum guilt” whilst at the Brit Awards.
Last night, the new mum, 31, claimed she “does everything” for her newborn son Ziggy.
She also said she has “better instincts” than her husband Jamie Laing, 37.
Whilst at music’s big night in Manchester, the reality TV star and Jamie were interviewed by Love Island icon Chloe Burrows, 30.
When asked by the KISS radio host, “Is there anything you’re not loving about being a new mum?”, Sophie opened up on the reality of having a newborn.
Almost three months after giving birth, the Made in Chelsea legend responded: “The constant mum guilt.”

Whilst on The Brit Awards red carpet, Sophie put her thumbs down and continued: “You just feel guilty for being here, but then feel guilty… yeah, that’s not good.”
It comes after Sophie gave birth to her son Ziggy back in December.
At the time, alongside snaps of her and Jamie’s new arrival, Jamie wrote: “Ziggy, you have our whole hearts.”
But sharing what he thinks is the most challenging part of being a parent, Jamie told the radio station: “The hardest thing about having a baby is the burping.”
Rolling her eyes, Sophie chimed in: “The mums do everything.”
But to that, Jamie claimed: “I mean, this is a joke.”
Moments later, Sophie then shared: “I have the better instincts.”
Stunned by his wife’s claims, Jamie clapped back and snapped: “No, I have better instincts.”
Joking around, Jamie laughed: “I feel him. I can feel him right now.”
Sophie and Jamie’s candid confessions come just days after the pair quit their podcast.
It was recently revealed that the new parents would be handing over the reins of their podcast to Love Island All Stars winners Tom Clare and Molly Smith.
